We don't have "fellowship" with the unsaved. They must 1st be given the Gospel, and shown how Christ has worked in our lives. That can be made manifest in our love to them. Then we pray that they will accept the Gospel and THEN let the Holy Spirit work in them to show them their sin, realizing at that point just how incredible the love of God is that He forgave them while they were still sinners. I understand where you are coming from...but this scripture is talking about us Christians not participating with them in what the disobedient are doing..in this case..practicing homosexuality with them.

To be effective you have to be lead of the spirit. Your subject matter is evangelism.
An evangelist points HUNGRY,SEEKING,CANDIDATES to God.
Satisfied,full,know it all's are not about to receive a thing.
The HS does the plowing. The laborers throw in the seed,water,then God harvests.
Trust HIS HS. All we do is bring men closer to GOD,then invoke the hounds of heaven.
They WILL get the job done......not us.
All we are are co laborers,workers.

We don't come to those in darkness and bondage and then pretend that darkness and bondage are the will of God. The gospel is not "sin is ok" the gospel Is Christ came to deliver us from our sin and sins power.

No one here is saying sin is ok. Your continued refusal to accept this fact is just further proof of your unwillingness to listen to anyone who does not agree with you.

We must be reading different responses. I see no one excusing or approving anything. I see people wanting people to be freed from the bondage of sin, by doing what Christ did. Not excusing sin.
Brother, this is truly disingenuous. I have not seen a single person here professing Grace alone and love say or imply that the sins someone is engaging in ok,

We hate sin but we do love the person. I was struggling for many years when God set me free. I didn't know that homosexuality was a sin! and when God told me that, He changed me, I did nothing 
One day, I had a talk to one gay colleague but I didn't mention to homosexuality, I just witnessed as 4 spiritual laws.
I'm willing to tell everyone about how God saved me from homosexuality but I don't think we need to start with their specific sin, just pray and Holy Spirit will lead the way and let them know how they are before His righteousness.
May God teach us how to tell the truth! Amen.

we all have sins, We do not have to judge one and risk offending someone and causing them to throw their hands up and not listen to a word we say. All we have to do is let them know we all are sinners, and we all are lost with no hope. but God loved us, he sent his son for us.
We need healed spiritually before we can be healed of physical sin.

I believe God shall raise up and does raise up certain people and empower them with the knowledge and grace and discernment needed for the task at hand.

I have learned with my walk with jesus that I as well as others may have the right and true message but we are the wrong messenger.

We can ask the Lord to send us but if he chooses not to we can pray for the ones he will and has sent.

Well its very big issue these days.. Some 'christians' say its ok for an individual to be a homosexaul and God still loves them.. the truth is God loves them yes, because He is God.. He loves the sinner and hates the sin.. thats what we should be doing too. The Bible tells us man and woman are united in marriage, its not man and man or woman and woman. Sex outside of marriage is a sin.. so these two statements make it quite clear what sexual immorality is, reading 1 Cor 6:9 we see " Or do you not know not know the unrighteous will not enter the kingdom of heaven? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolators, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality." (note- they might say some versions don't say 'homosexuals' that alright tell them to check on the greek translation. it matches perfectly) if not tell them to read the book of Jude.
Oh and if they say "I was born this way" well i personally am not sure if that is right.. as far as i know that gay-gene thing is not a significant proof to justify the claim, there is also something called a 'peadophile-gene'. And if they were born that way and not a matter of choice, then how do i see Ex-Gay and Ex-Lesbians now happily married and have children, living for Christ. And even if at all its a birth thing, then also it doesn't justify.. because all of us are born as sinners.. we sin.. i tell lies, I lust, I steal, I hate, I do a lot of things that God doesn't want me to... can I be excused? ofcourse not... Sin is still sin whether we think its a choice or we were born that way. Hate the sin, love the sinner... God gave his life for us so that we will turn away from sin. God bless you!
