Haven't a clue. I don't really need anything. I don't even really want anything.

I guess I have a pretty good life. :)

A dead crab.

When I was maybe 4 years old, I went to the shore with my family and found a dead crab on the beach. I thought it was SO cool, the shell and claws and eyes were intact and I wanted to take it home.

So I put it in a plastic bag (you have to admit, the part about using a plastic bag is pretty good for a four year old) and put it in the hotel room behind an easy chair. The crab unfortunately must have been dead for several days, and within no time at all the entire room smelled bad enough to offend a vulture. My parents asked what that smell was. "Oh", I said, "that's my crab." I was thinking that my parents would say something like "Oh, it's just PopClick's crab, okay then, all is well, carry on." But they didn't. They told me to throw it away. They were probably not relishing the thought of a two-hour drive with that smell in the car.

So I threw it away, and for the last 24 years I have had a dead-crab-shaped hole in my heart. This is the year I attempt to fill it. I will procure a dead crab, leave it outside until it is no longer stanky (that part might take a while) and then put the shell on the shelf right next to my dead shark in a jar. The shark's name is Walter. I will name the crab when I am lucky enough to meet it.

There is only one thing I want for Christmas it isn't something you can buy or wrap but it something you can share. The only thing is God is the only one who can give it to me and I honestly wonder if I am asking for too much.
See I want to truly know feel experience and live the reason behind the season, I have the head knowledge of the meaning of Christmas but not heart knowledge. Christmas is said to be the celebration of Jesus being born but it isn't just that it goes deeper, the Christmas spirit that everyone talks about I believe is connected with the birth of Jesus, The joy and the love that comes with this spirit the joy of being alive the generosity that flows in such a persons heart are all what people see when they see a person with the Christmas spirit and these are also all fruits of the spirit.

There is also a sense of wonder and beauty about it as well and looking at the birth of Jesus with such thing would likely bring me to tears seeing the true beauty of him being born, how the angels were singing and heaven was celebrating. But many of us only have the Christmas spirit near Christmas time and when Christmas comes and goes all of that just fades until next Christmas. I want to know have experience and live the Christmas spirit not just once a year but every day of the year, and this is what I want more than anything for Christmas I would gladly hand over all my gifts and rewards for all the Christmas's for the rest of my life for this one gift.

But tbh asking for such a thing is not an ordinary request and I don't know if he will give it to me or not.

You could probably go to a seafood store and get one....or maybe those are blue crabs and too big.... Santa says one dead crab coming up....
