Every word Paul wrote was as a believer.
So address the points made
Every word Paul wrote was as a believer.
It is the mark of a christian that addiction to a life of sin I broken? Yet you believe in rom 7:14-25 Paul is speaking of his christian lifeAbsolutely, it is the mark of a believer that the addiction to a life of sin is broken. We become overcomers, one with Christ, with His mind and living in His strength, learning to abide in Him and in His word.
Of course, because Holy Spirit lives in me, He makes it clear to me when I mess up. That is not what sin-conscious is. Sin-conscious people are tyrannized by sin, fixated on something that no longer a part of who they are. As believers we have become Christ-conscious, only living to please God and to further His kingdom. We have become NEW CREATURES in Christ, and live with a whole new paradigm...being free from fixations such as yours, based on poor understanding of scripture and the man, Paul.
Sorry to see that.

I did make clear yesterday I was conscious of sin if I committed wilfull sin. Seems like you are saying the same thing yourself. Th was holy spirit convicts you when you mess up. That I not what sin conscious it?
No, that is not what people mean when they use the term, "sin-conscious".

Wisdom is always proved right by its inconsistencies
So address the points made
The wisdom of God is right. No inconsistency.

To be honest with you, you are all over the place here, your making contradictions after contradictions. If you had a true and proper understanding of this subject you obviously wouldn't be doing so

That I not what sin conscious it? So when the holy spirit convicts you you ness up he does not convict you you have sinned. Strange.
Under the new covenant the la was is written on your mind and placed on your heart. Through the law we become conscious of sin. Therefore if you have no consciousness you sin when you wilfully break the law on your heart I would be concerned for you
I suppose I could ask if you are perpetuating a gospel not in accordance with the christian faith
As a Pharisee you believe Paul obeyed the law to the nth
As a christian you believe Paul could not do the good he wanted to do but rather the evil he did not want to do, what he hated to do he did
You also believe Paul the christian had all manner of concupiscence aroused in him by sin through the law. Sin grew/ got stronger in Paul the christian
According to your beliefs Paul the Pharisee sinned less than Paul the christian
Yet you say only the christian has the power to overcome sin
Wisdom is always proved right by its inconsistencies
I make no contradiction. You are all over the map. You only see contradiction because you are believing something that is off kilter.
Don't make pat statements address the points made
You cannot address any of the points made can you. If you understood the truth as you claim you would address them all.
Empty vessels.....
What a wonderful sounding statementLol!You made a pat (and patently absurd statement). I made a good point. Do you want to venture into a rabbit hole with it? Do you posses godly wisdom? Do you not appreciate how wonderful and valuable it is to the believer? Try sitting back and absorbing what has been said to you these past several pages. Ask the Lord to penetrate your defenses and open your spiritual eyes tovthe truth, and help you dismantle your false, human perception, discard it, and receive with joy the truth about dear Paul.

Look what your self-deception has led you to speak. Not good.
To be sin-conscious puts your focus on something that doesn't define you.
Well if such a thing as an unbiased observer is viewing Thi conversation they will clearly see you haven't a clue as to how to respond to points put to you, just come out with pat statements
No substance I am afraid. I imagined as such when you were so keen to stress how well you understood Paul's gospel
Yet you do not grasp it.
