Please tell me I'm not the only one. I am infuriated by bad grammar. I frequently find myself wanting to correct people's grammar and sentence structure on Facebook. The most common infractions are the misuse of I and me and misuse of the word whom.

Me likes to talks likes this. Me and us will do's better in this nears future. :)

LOL! I am the same way! My pet peeve is the use of pronouns in the wrong way, as in, "Him and her went to the store," and also the use of "they" and "them" in place of the singular, as in, "When a person drives on the expressway, they need to only pass on the left."

These infractions are done not only on Facebook, but in published articles by professional writers and spoken by newsreaders on television as well!

Pulling my hair out! LOL!

Whom is you talkin bout? I aint got no problem with grammer. ims edumacated.

People really show their intelligence and concern for accuracy of information through their use of your/you're and there/their/they're. If you get something this simple wrong, how am I to believe you really know what you are talking about on more difficult issues?

Don't forget the could of should of would of. That one really shows how people are not thinking. Also, using they and them in the singular is perfectly acceptable.

...or when someone's sentence structure isbackwards....example..
"I spoke to someone on the phone who I couldn't understand"
This is backwards sentence structure, implying that you did not understand the phone and not the person with whom you were speaking on the phone.

Magenta, how is it acceptable? Do you mean that it passes muster with most everyone and so it has stuck?.
[th ey]
plural pronoun, possessive their or theirs, objective them.1.nominative plural of he, she, and it.

2.people in general:They say he's rich.

3.(used with an indefinite singular antecedent in place of the definite masculine he or the definite feminine she):Whoever is of voting age, whether they are interested in politics or not, should vote.

Whoever, yes, but whomever, no. That is so wrong!

"Infuriated?" No, I'm sure you're not the only one, but c'mon...

Trolls: ENGAGE.

Another common infraction is when people say all of a sudden. There are many words that can be used as either an adjective or a noun, however sudden is not one of those words. I google it and it said that since it is an idiom then technically it is proper grammar but I just can't justify using an adjective as a noun.

it only can infuriate you if you allow it, peace is one of the fruits of the spirit.
