Yes, there's a billion threads... but

People update their thoughts and advice

and... there has to be an opposite thread for "What do men look for in women?" thread. It had to be done.

What do G-dly women look for in men?

What's the deal with the hyphen in "G-dly?" I don't understand what that's about.

Its a Jewish habit to not use G-d's name in vain. That's where I got it from anyways. I like it... it made me more conscious about respecting G-d's name more. :)

Interesting reason why. Just using God's name willy nilly is definitely something we should never do, but we're talking about Him, so we're not using His name just to use His name. But to each their own :)

Sure. But God's name isn't God. That's who He is. God.

Character.

A guy who is sporting the fruit of the spirit, has bundles of integrity and compassion and the courage of his convictions.

After that it's just the basics of do we get along, is it easy to talk to each other, do I actually like being around this person and interacting with him etc. But if his character isn't solid, he isn't going to get past being friends. It's not worth the heartache.

Pretty much what Cinder said.

I would want a man who is a wise steward of his finances and resources. I don't want a man who is wasteful and squanders. Been there, done that and still trying to recover from it.

I would want a man with a healthy work ethic. I don't want a lazy man.

I would want a man who practices what he preaches. I don't want a hypocritical man.

Godly women is also looking for a godly men.

This men should be men enough by having an intimate relationship with God. When he has that, all things will follow. And a great relationship waits ahead.
