This was back in 2012 and is the one and only gym selfie I ever took...
Since then I've been through the absolute hardest years of my life caring for my ill father who passed away last september (and I miss him very much). Somewhere along the line I had to trade in my muscles for the emotional strength I needed to help me through... But now I'm slowly getting back into the gym again..
