Mushroom with garlic, topped with parsley. This has gotta be my favourite dish out of the very few recipes I (only) recently learned to cook lol. And I think I overate. I feel dizzy now having eaten too much. Which is ironic cause I learned to cook vegetarian recipes for the main purpose of staying healthy and keeping my weight down, in addition to my undying love for vegetables. I should re-evaluate my decisions. Anyway, I think I cooked this well. I may be biased. But I actually liked it. It was also easy to cook. I'd say I'd done only 10% preparation and 90% presentation. Lol.
I feel like I can now feed five thousand people.
