I did a little shopping yesterday. I needed a few more things to workout in.

I also ordered shoes online. I typically don't wear Nike as they fall apart more quickly in my experience, but I went with these. They were literally the 2nd pair I saw, but they're Kobe's and since I'm only wearing them to workout in, I thought I'd give them a try.

Turned 28. Worked. Dropped my car off at a mechanic's shop. Got a Lyft to Starbucks - walked home from there. Got sushi. Got gifts. Got tired...
 
Arrived in Las Vegas last night with some friends, it was -29c when we took off and 14c when we landed. ????????????

Welcome to the west coast here in the states! It will get slightly chilly at night there, but then it's still nowhere near - 29 C. Brr!
 
I got to play with an aviom mixer at church today. Did karaoke and partied at home with my flatmates (and by party, I mean, dance karaoke to the music of Spice girls!). I'm tired as a vegetable. Bed at 6pm.
 
My little brother has officially crossed over from tween to teen so I drove down to my parents for the weekend to celebrate.

My dad told me yesterday not to be sad if he dies, and that he feels like all of us girls turned out fine and will be okay.. his only concern is my brother. I told my dad not to worry because my brother has all of us looking out for him.

In an eerie way, I feel like I almost just gave my dad permission to die. But it was actually a really nice moment.
