When I moved to where I now live I put myself through what I call cold therapy. The weather is so different than the phnx metro area. I would sit outside and shiver( this also burns calories which is a bonus
) . My blood has thickened and now I keep my thermostat around 60 daily. I turn it down to 58 at night. Im kinda a polar bear now. lol

Can't argue with that! Very nice pictures!
I had the Filet... with steamed Veggies... and white wine. No dessert cause the food itself was VERY rich... and filling. Needless to say... that place is the best place to have a group party... Cause WOW... the scenery from the very top of the building... was exquisite! Would LOVE to do that again.
