I went on an interview once and they asked me what kind of challenge would I like to overcome? I told them I could come into work one day and before I get there they can super glue my office door shut without me knowing. That woud be a challenge I told them.
I don't think they were expecting that....what happened?

I always want to know the "why" behind everything. I suppose it's part of being curious, but there are definitely times when it becomes a lack of trust, and I need to work on that.

A while ago, I felt led to talk to someone about something that was going on in my life and I wouldn't do it. I usually hate talking about stuff. It often makes me feel worse instead of better and I can never un-say things, so I generally prefer to leave them unsaid in the first place. Before I would talk about things with my friend, I wanted to know the "why" behind it... probably so that I could use my own understanding to weigh the risks and benefits. But of course that's a bad idea. ;)

After maybe a week or two of ignoring the mental prodding to talk to this person, I had a dream. The dream itself was very simple, I was just standing there and I heard a voice. I realized in the dream that I was hearing the voice of God and decided I'd better listen. He gave me the "why" that I so desperately wanted, but He was not happy with me. He told me why He had wanted me to mention it to them a week ago, instead of now or a month from now. I stood there in the dream feeling very insignificant and ashamed of the way I had decided that I could know better than He.

I talked to my friend the next day, of course, and I'm trying to get better at shutting up my brain and its insatiable desire to analyze and understand everything. Some things cannot be understood. Some things are more enjoyable if they are not picked apart. And sometimes it's a blessing in itself to believe and trust in what you have not yet seen.

I have the very OPPOSITE problem... I say too much, then I scare some people off. I have my 2 best friends I tell everything too... Well, mostly everything. And I'm having my own inner battles too. It sucks but God is working on me in this and I know he isn't mad or upset with you. God loves and adores you and knows what's best for you. He knows what's best for us all, our issue is we try to analyze everything and WE think we know best... When we don't know what's best for us at all. Hang in there girl, I'm praying for you and I hope you have that said 'friend' to keep talking too; and don't bottle things up. That's absolutely the worst thing to do; talk to God about anything and everything... He's just waiting for you to speak up and talk. :)

Nuff said... I figured it would be a waste anyways lol. Everyone else I know has one... I think I attempted to try it... But I'm sure that said account has been deleted on account of no activity for YEARS.. Lol

This is zero.
Zero doesn't go on twitter to tell the world what he's up to everyday because he knows that its boring and nobody cares.
Zero is smart.
Be like zero.

Hey.. according to Twitter analytics, I've had 1400 impressions this week. I'm kind of a big deal on Twitter(totally kidding). But yeah, I only tweet during American Idol, so I probably won't even use it myself much soon lol.

Then what's the point in YOU having Twitter...? Just to be apart of the 'in-crowd' and be just like everyone?? Oh c'mon... You know you are better than that! :p

Try it next time and see what happens if you ever are asked that question. You can also say that you would find it real challenging if they replaced your assistant with a kangaroo with a wig on it.
