Watching "Un-christian Porn" - protect your heart

Are the forces of porn more powerful than Jesus?

No, so everyone can simply be set free from it.

The scriptures have admonished in several places to watch what goes into our hearts. The gateways into our hearts are what we hear and what we see.

There have been many complaints of people being personally attacked because their beliefs were different then the attackers. This seems to be a common occurrence. Disagreements will always be with us here on this earth as we all see in part and know it part.

Slander, bitterness and malice are common place and to see believers doing this to other believers is just as deadly as watching porn. When I see the typing of such malicious words on here , it is defiling us to have to view this on our screens. This is why I call it watching "Un-christian Porn".

How do we protect our hearts from the garbage that is being sent to us through our eyes while on this site?

If the person keeps on spewing garbage to you then ask them to stop and if they don't then just put them on the "ignore" status. This is what unfortunately I have had to do to a few that persisted in their malice. There is a way to disagree without attacking - personally the person, the name-calling, the bitterness being expressed and manifesting hate filled malice towards your brother or sister.

I encourage you to protect your heart and stop watching this "Un-christian Porn " being brought in to you through your eyes.....just put the offending people on "ignore" if they continue with their malice towards you. Just "shake the dust off your feet" towards them.

Bless them and leave them in the loving hands of our Lord. He will love on them. He will be faithful to them.

Porn isn't in the bible. The english definition, and the one most associated with that word, is sexual debauchery.
Un-christian porn? Is there a christian porn?
There was, in my opinion, a hundred better ways to express yourself than that.
Why you would even consider using a word that has such a generally wicked connotation is beyond me.

I thought it was a good one. Everybody sees porn as a filthy sin, so you don't go to the porn site but a nice christian forum and then think backbiting and hate and unforgiveness isn't that bad.

This is where Willie would want you to come talk to me about such things, maybe bring a couple of witnesses.
I'll be satisfied with you providing posts where I said or insinuated such a thing.

It is used 76 times...in the KJV bible.....I considered using the word "porn" because it means evil.....never mind..you obviously didn't get the gist of it..it's ok...

I agree. It would be helpful if you were more careful with your posts. Read that back and see if doesn't sound like an accusation.
I'm real big on using words that best convey the exact point one is trying to make. Apparently I'm about the only person here that sees any importance in that.
Which is the problem I have with this thread to start with. Porn conveys no kind of bible instruction, lesson, or passage to me, and I'm fairly familiar with the bible.

I understand what you are saying here, but at the same time not bringing the Truth forward but leaving the person to walk in the false teachings they have been lead in is dangerous and makes us guilty of not helping them.

My ex went to a real dangerous false teacher years ago and he wanted to warn everyone, also pastors from Holland. God said: That's not your task. I have leaders of big churches who must do that and later they did.

Well that maybe what God told you but that is not what He said to me by the Holy Spirit, and I am far from being a leader in a big church.

I wanted to learn and only do prophecy study when I started out, but the Holy Spirit told me this is not for you yet and said He had other more important things He wanted me to learn and carry out first.

He lead me in 6 years of Paul studying and the warnings that Paul gave to believers, as He told me this is important because people are falling away do to not standing firm in the sound doctrine of Christ.

Once I got through those studies He said go and warn others of the false teachings going about, and told me not to be worried as I will not be well accepted when exposing them.

I have lost heart a couple times on here because of the heat I have taken for His name, but thanks be to the working of the Holy Spirit He has kept me on here as well in other places to bring His Truth !!!

The only reason this is not for all is that some will not be able to stand up to the attacks !!!

You have been shown multiple times that the rebuking and reproving is not just for leaders in the church, yet you continue to spread this around.

I am not a leader in my church but I know exactly what the Holy Spirit lead me to study and pass on, and He told me clearly my position was to warn of heresies of false teaching that is influencing the churches today.

He said we are in the great falling away and many people need to be saved quickly now more then ever !!!

Please keep refraining from telling people something we all can do if the Holy Spirit so deems us to do is only for leaders !!!
