I woke up, made some coffee... stood outside and watched the sunrise....

Came back inside and got on CC.... and here we are... an hour and a half later...I am still on here... lol

What can I say...? I'm and early bird... always have been... always will be :p
 
I trimmed some branches off a small tree that were touching the roof of the house. The ladder wobbled at one point due to the uneven ground and it almost gave me a heat attack! :eek: Then I had some fried chicken for lunch... :)
 
Trying to fight a parking ticket, oh the injustice! Lol. I asked my building to see if they could pull video of when I pulled in to a certain spot, hopefully it's in my favor. Also, one of my sisters filed her taxes wrong in her rush to get it done early, im helping her clean that up this evening. I'm just all sorts of disgruntled this morning.

It's so bright and sunny today, even with the cool weather. I'm going to try running stairs after work, Sylvester Stallone style, but the building I have in mind has over 15 floors. don't know how far I'll get so this should be interesting

You mean you didn't receive the ticket on your windshield while you were illegally parked? If so, I would certainly fight it because they will have to prove that your car was parked there, and the license plate would have to be clearly readable to verify it was yours and not just one that looks like yours.

I got written up for taking a reserved spot...but it wasn't reserved, it was a 30 minute spot and they didn't chalk my tires or anything, so I don't think I was truly over 30. At least I hope not.
If I was over 30, I'm going to argue that I didn't even get a ticket saying that, it says I was in reserved, which I was not.

just really don't want to pay, so I'm going to exhaust everything I can think of.

*gets out her boxing gloves*
 
I almost drove to Birmingham today. Would have come across a nasty tornado on the way. This storm has produced three in Mississippi in the last hour and its just now getting bad. Our area is under watch until late tonight.

I was supposed to pick up a lady from the airport and driver her back here. It's a two hour drive. I feel bad, and she's upset because she says she can't afford a hotel so I can get her tomorrow.. but I feel like our safety is more important than the price of a hotel. She even tried to lie to me last night and said it was going to miss us.
 
I didn't do anything today.

I took my mom to this korean grocery which she loves to shop at and we got the registration renewed for the suv at triple A. I love my mom. I'm a go cry now ok?
 
I went to the 99 cents store and bought these little lights for my bike so I can maybe ride at night.. if I can overcome my fear of getting hit by a car (almost happened to me twice before). I bought 2 white ones and 2 red ones. They have two modes too; steady or strobe. They look just like the ones that are $12 a set from a well known bike brand!

They also had hostess chocolate cream pies 3 for 99 cents! Why oh why did I have to see that?! :p

For some reason, I missed my Bible college terribly. Since I only live across the street and have a lot of friends on campus, I decided to hang out until late at night. I created so many memories there when I was a student.

I ended the night doing a jam session with my friend.

I am so grateful for the memories and the friendships I had created while being a student there. <3
 
I went into chat for the first time in like forever and saw a couple singles forum people there (u know who u are :)) and an old friend. It was really cool! :D
 
- Installed Linux Mint on my computer, instead of dancing around committing to it via a live disk. Windows 10: eat your heart out.

- Working on some unwanted feelings. Some weird stuff has been at fore of my emotions lately; I've lost some sleep and have had some... "interesting" dreams. Tackled one thing on my mind yesterday, and it felt good.
 
i worked (or goofed off) for almost 4 hours.

i'm thinking about taking my parents to lunch today :o

later today, i'm going to work on my sermon for sunday night.

music practice at 6 PM. a lady requested i sing a song for sunday night.

prayers much appreciated :D
