I was quiet, depressed, an atheist....stuck by myself....was bullied severely.

It wasn't until I found Christ at age 16 when I found out who I am and became popular and well loved.
 
I was kicked out 7 times in Junior and high school. I played a sport called handball and travelled around North America. I had fun in school. I had good marks so that part wasn't bad. I just didn't want to go and seemed to get caught "doing stuff" all the time..:rolleyes:...

My high school had a principal and 2 vice-principals. There was an intercom that had lists of who had to report to anyone of the 3. I has usually on one of their lists and one day I was on all 3 of their lists. That was a fun day. I knew the school secretary pretty good with my frequent visits.

...anyway I came back to Christ in my last year of high school and changed so much that people just left me alone because before I was with the "in" group.

But I was happy to get out of there though and didn't even go to the graduation. I still go fishing with some of my friends from back in high school.

High school to me was just a necessary evil...lol...but as I say...I did have fun but wouldn't want to do it again. Life is so much more then high school or university too for that matter. Just necessary things to get done so that we can grow up and start living real life.
 
Well, we got the table and chairs. Really nice. Solid, thick Teak with an inlaid ceramic Mexican tile center strip for hot dishes. The chairs have curved wood backrests with lumbar support molded into them. A great deal, too.

But, I am going to renege on my promise to write about school. They aren't good memories, and I became the bully who picked on a lot of you. Nothing I want to write about.

At least you're honest about that. I wasn't bullied, but I was always the new kid in school. Never stayed at one school long enough to be bullied. I guess that's a blessing in away, else I would have been picked on a lot for my lack of height and my age.

Oh well, it is what it is..

Isolated and kind of an arrogant little prick. Ah, those were the days... No groups or cliques. I had a very small social circle I ran with. The closest image I can think to relate us to were goths.

I'm reminded of one of my math teachers; young guy, very personable, and was probably the only teacher that helped me to actually understand math well. Every other math class, I struggled in. I was also semi-close with my ASL teachers for awhile.

Science - all of it - and English literature. I had no premeditated intentions right out of high school. I was kind of an idiot. Lol.

I'm presuming ASL is American Sign Language. Was that a language elective?
 
I was extremely quiet and reserved and only had one friend, but we stuck together and survived it day by day. The one thing that I will always be thankful for is that I overcame my fear of public speaking as I had to speak to the entire student body, which has certainly has come in handy since. I will say though, graduation day didn't come fast enough, but thankful I don't have to relive those days again.

I had several classes that I enjoyed, band, history, and by far my favorite class was woodshop my freshman year. I was the only girl willing and able to get dirty and managed to keep all ten of my fingers, at least that's what the teacher told me.

We would've NEVER have crossed paths if we went to school together lol. I hated the likes of you in school. Especially if there was one in my class.. If you were in the back of class, I was at the front. No groups nothing, but... I was really immature and very shy as well.. So even if we did cross paths, I wouldn't even look you in the eyes or say "hello" in the hallways.

I was an idiot myself... But the older you get.. The more you learn.. Sigh... I'm pretty sure we would get along GREAT now though! Lol

That's the one. It was between that, Spanish, or French. I took two years of it; junior and senior years.

I had a group of friends that were mostly nerds and a few goths. I really didn't fit into either category. Not smart enough to be a nerd and not dark enough to be a goth. I was in the LD class but apparently (I found this out my second year) people thought I was one of the really smart kids lol. Not sure where they got that idea. I was very quite and got picked on every once in a while. Not as much as I was in middle school. I wasn't very nice to my friends either. I was actually quite a jerk. I didn't realize this until after high school unfortunately.

I don't think you would have tried to pick on me, now we may of had a cold war standoff though.

Everyone knew I was the person who would launch nukes if messed with.
