Probably the best thing to do is inquire of the person on duty if a mistake has been made. The person on duty might want to know that he/she is selling gas for only 25 cents a gallon. If the person on duty insists it's not a mistake, and I need gas, I might buy it. That's a pretty good answer, isn't it?
You are very honorable person, sir.:)

With the cost of gas as it is, if I saw as sign that said $0.25 per gallon, I'd think it was a mistake, but I'd check the price at the pump to make sure it matches up with the sign. If it does, and gas really is programmed at the pump to dispense at $0.25 per gallon, I will fill up to the brim.

if they have it on the sign at .25 a gal, they have to give it at that price, or suits can be filed for false advertising.

Is It still possible that a mistake was made even If the price at the gas pump matched the price of the sign.

Thats why I named the poll "GOD looks at the heart, man looks at the outward appearances."

Honestly, I'd know it was a mistake and bypass it altogether.

Well, if God is going to condemn me for a tank of diesel, then I'll take it up with Him when I stand before Him to be judged. You, human, are in no position whatsoever to pass judgment on me.

Come down from your high horse before you run out of oxygen and pass out. The air is fine down here amongst us wicked sinners.

Seems like the majority of people are choosing option 2 In the poll, although most of the comments indicate option 1 would be the chosen choice.

If you saw a gas store that had a sign that said gasoline .25¢ per gallon would you stop and get gas or would you feel that there must have been a mistake because someone (management) will have to be resposible and might get fired for the mistake?
What the beep's a gallon?
