Exactly. I'm not WOF either, but my ex went to the WOF Bible school for a year and taught all he learned there to us and I read amazing stuff on healing from a Bible school student of John G. Lake Bible school. It's great teaching and Biblical. I heard nothing of this crap they put on internet. Only thing wrong was that they said Jesus died spiritually which is impossible. People are never told not to use medicin but they're to use their brain and I saw people die, for some it was their time, so what?
I think only the extremes are dangerous.
No extreme health and wealth teaching, Hagin warned for it himself.
Only thing my ex was annoyed with was that every friday they had a Holy Ghost meeting. Lol he told the teachers: instead of rolling on the ground in this building and having fun ourself let's go to the street and share the gospel and they listened to him.
Yes..i read Hagin's book The Midas Touch years ago warning on the "seed" thing to get and wanting to be wealthy. He did warn those that were teaching those extremes before he died. Hagin never told people to not take their medicine if needed....that is just some people going off on in an extreme way. He did however believe it is God's will for all of us to have full provision in order to be a blessing to others and that it is God's will to heal as seen in Jesus's revealing of the Father's will on this earth.
The self-proclaimed heretic hunters just usually "twist" what is being said or take it out of the context it was said. In reality all these websites are just a front to attack the people that have a different view then they do....it's par for the course and to be expected.

..Is always good to use discernment. The key is follow the peace of God. Has worked for me. We are spirit and the Spirit is our teacher he teacheth the things and oracles of God. We know God is for us and His Spirit leads us and know who is of that same Spirit for the Spirit himself confirms it.
There are three parts of man(woman) body, soul, spirit. There are three parts of the soul mind, will and emotions. There are three parts of the body flesh, bones and blood. There are also three parts of the spirit conscience, intuition and fellowship. Each of these nine parts go through growth and development and during this growth can be injured some are more evident then others while some can be injured and not even be discovered.
So when we pray for healing in general (not specificly) for and area injured the results can be effected.
This is my belief and has worked for me as I grow in understanding I believe the results will improve.
There also is the chemistry and electrical impulses to consider which advance healing in the body naturaly when functioning properly.

This is not answering the points or facts found, it is just writing it off.
I have to say this grieves me, and anyone who is interested in the truth. What you have expressed is the idea that people who question your position are tools of satan. This is just brainwashed language. Without questioning and understanding we are tossed to and fro by any teacher or trend.
It matters what people are teaching and what latter rain is, and what sin, repentance and righteousness are.
Jesus's miracles were to underline His authority to forgive sins. What often healing is today is just someone has a medical condition and it would be better if they did not have it. Nothing to do with sin, forgiveness or spiritual reality, just an easy life.
Can you elaborate on that sentence a little more, please? I don't get what performing miracles, has to do with Jesus' ability to forgive sins.

There was an interesting study done into a conference around the healings and changes in peoples lives. There was a definate change and healings that took place. But Wimber disassociated Vineyard from Toronto and other movements because of excess. I do like the idea of getting people enthusiastic and then bringing balance into what is being done. It is harder to get something moving, than directing a moving object. My concern was about the theology and ideas behind these teachers. On healings, you cannot fake the touch of the Lord, but you can preach heresy and turn things the wrong way.
It is always easier to say the non-gifts side of the church is to blame. What I find hard is to feel elation and praise in the Lord yet know the teaching is off in some fundamental ways. But the argument is for peoples hearts not their heads. It is hard when you feel so accepted to know you still need to stay true. But then this is as true for a marriage and falling in love. To betray this love, can feel ok because you get a high from another relationship, until you face the music and realise you have sinned against your wife or husband, from which some never recover.
With greater gifts comes greater responsibility. But when this movement denies discipline, rebuke, setting things straight, it has already gone astray.

“Take heart, son; your sins are forgiven.”...
Which is easier: to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Get up and walk’? But I want you to know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins.” So he said to the paralyzed man, “Get up, take your mat and go home.”

We all will die, we all will get sick, have ups and downs, but Jesus and Lords authority stays the same. Out of grace healing gifts are given, occasionally. Healing of the hurts in the heart and spirit are for everyone, and just as miraculous, and these are related to sanctification, but are not obvious other than to people who really know you. That kind of healing I do believe God for, and know He does answer and work through. I have seen this in my life and the lives of others. But unfortunately most people who talk about healing talk about the body mainly rather than the heart which is much more important.

All designed to bring order and balance to the health of the nine areas of the body.
There are nine gifts of the Spirit as the body becomes restored (the new Spirit-man) is maturing and able to flow in these gifts as the Lord directs and the need arises.

Ahhh...so the 9 parts of the body( meaning all the person ) is the spirit, soul, and body..in your understanding which they each have 3 components..which would make the 9......gotcha!
I'm not sure about the spirit components but I agree with the other ones...it's very hard to separate the spirit and soul in my way of thinking...

Okay let me try and explain. It is our spirt that has fellowship or communes with the Holy Spirit. John 4:24 God is spirit and we must worship in spirit and truth.
The connection of conscience and truth is found in Romans 9:1 Speaking the truth in Christ the conscience confirms it in the Holy Spirit.
