I can see that.....so the intuition part would most likely be seen as "perceived " in "scripture talk"..like Jesus did here when He perceived in His spirit things...?

un2him, has a strange view on the age old dichotomy vs, trichotomy debate. I mean it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the nonsense espoused below.

- the fruit of the spirit is a manisfestation of the transformed life. They are not designed or correlate to nine areas of ones body.

The fruits of the Spirit are attitudes that control and dictate actions (not the actions themselves).

But THE fruit of THE Spirit is...... Again these are evidences and manisfestations of the indwelling Spirit. Nothig to do with your hypothesis of 'the 9 parts of the body'.


Cf. Matt 7:15-20; John 15:4-5 - then read Galatians 5 again.

Don't know all the reasons.
One is sin. Don't sin so you don't get anything worse said Jesus to one man He healed.
One I had: I was healed. Then I felt some pain and said and kept confessing: I'm not healed and it was gone in no time and I was sick again. The devil comes to test your faith and you must know how to resist him.
They prayed for one girl with poor eyesight. Totally healed, but her parents were unbelievers and got mad and put her glasses back on and said she wasn't healed. Later she had poor sight again.

Hey thanks for replying back some just say what you did with no reply. Now you taged this but sugested by taging the other part it too was nonsense is that also what you believe?

So the same one of the many here who say all internet sources are unreliable is putting her faith in some book she read as a kid and it's automatically true? I am amazed at some of you and your logic sometimes.

Edit: I read wrong. About a kid. Point is still valid.

Coby, get real. Healing does not come and then disappear. Healing is healing. It either occurs or it does not.
People can get ill again, separately, but it is pure rubbish to say healing occured and then it was gone the next day. The reality is it never occured just the person to whom it happened wanted to believe it. I have been ill with a fever, it go, only to return the next day. It was simply the cycle of the illness, no healing etc involved.

It was a very reliable book and it's true because he wrote it LOL.
I used to believe everything I read on internet.

Don't know but I'd keep asking God. Paul did and he got his answer not sure how he felt about the answer but carried on and had a wonderful relationship with God.

What Job when though I wish for no one.

There are some reliable internet sources too. Many of the sources I use actually cite books by reliable scholars and eyewitnesses to the subjects I am studying. This makes them reliable sources. Most just write it off as "heretic hunting" though. Makes no sense to be honest. But if it was in a book, I mean, it has to be true.

I am not sure what you are trying to say? But, your body of 9 parts that correlate to the 9 fruits of the spirit is just plain nonsense. I think thats a pretty clear statement.

The story of a kid who went to heaven. The first version of the story was simple and straightforward.
Years later the dad decided this is a good story and way of earning money so the story grows and involves much more detail. I find it stunning how money and fame corrupts so much and especially the desire to see healing when none is there because people so want their faith confirmed because deep down they do not actually believe Jesus is real.
 
We have a preacher here in Holland who goes around the world and some said that a lot of blind people were healed in Birma, so he heard that and said that too. They went there the critics and it turned out not to be true. Big fuzz about it of course. He was a false teacher.
I was in his service and people shared their testimony. He said: it's not that I don't believe it, but let a doctor check it and then give it as a testimony, otherwise I get problems.
