i agree with you. the sad thing is, we shouldn't have to be making claims, posting article or statistics. this stuff is blatantly obvious if people would get their head out and just look.
healthcare/drugs/biotech is more than 20% of our economy. manufacturing is about 5%. this right here tells the story, we cant make a kitchen table or lamp anymore but as far as making viagra, not a problem.
another thing, look at all the new mental health disease we have in the last 10 - 15 yrs. i think they have so much drugs out there that they are having to create new diseases.
 
True but people are too dumbed down, they see it in the movies hinted in the batman scene of them putting chemicals into the water to control people and the movie goers laugh it off, but they have been dumping fluoride (a neurologic toxin) for supposed "teeth" benefits since the 50s. Never mind that fluoride is a halogen and the halogens are toxic to humans.....but people don't think anymore....worse than a spoon fed baby with the way they accept information with no question asked....oh papa govt said it's good for me so it must be...

I was told that fluoride also calcifies the pineal gland.
The pineal gland is believed to be the seat of consciousness.

Oh my, you are incredibly naive. Pick up a magazine sometime and look for a full page prescription drug ad... there may be an attractive young healthy vibrant person performing some menial task with a huge smile on their face, all made possible ostensibly because they take a certain drug... then turn the page, and read the onslaught of small print, all the side effects etc, a full page of disclaimers. Still you will find that people take these known-to-be harmful drugs because they foolishly trust the doctors who prescribe them. I have seen, too, the ads on TV, lawyer outfits telling the general public about some class action suit brought against a drug company for a particular drug. Have you really never seen those ads? They go something like this: if you have experienced permanent paralysis or blindness or untreatable cancer or loss of limbs, if you can no longer function as a human being, or if you are dead as a result of taking this drug, call our law firm today! I agree with whomever suggested you go into a different line of work, although it sounds like you already drank the kool aid. Making a general statement as you did, claiming that things are not true as stated in this thread, while not pointing at anything in particular, is one of the signs.
 
The doctors continue to prescribe these drugs because they are endlessly courted by the drug companies, essentially seduced into submission, and the doctors are willing to overlook the known side effects because the chances of it happening to you are supposedly slim. Oh, I am sure that is comforting to the hundreds of thousands of people who have died as a direct result of taking some drug that was supposed to help them. Right? Right. Now they are making antibiotics that are known carcinogens. Yes, and they are widely used, and you pretend these drugs are never brought to market? I have no words to describe my disappointment in you that would be allowed on this site. Pancake person, please do some homework.

i have thought about this. i also believe it to be true. consider these things. the silver cord in Ecclesiastes, if it is our spiritual connection between our physical bodies and soul, where would this cord connect to our physical bodies. and with what i posted about steiner, the concept of destroying spirituality is out there. so what better way to attempt to destroy spirituality than to corrupt the point at where we connect to our Lord. just a thought. i dont believe they can do it. faith and prayer can purify all these things they try and corrupt.

This info is rather disturbing. Flouride toothpaste, doesn't everybody use it? And, just got mouth rinse with flouride. And dentist gives it out free.
Should these products not be used?

the nazies used fluoride to keep the Jews calm when they marched them to the gas chambers. Ireland also has higher fluoride counts than most euro countries and they just lost their country. probably just a coincidence and nothing to worry about.

We did too. But when there is the chance to use unfluoridated toothpaste, i buy that instead. there is aloe, gano, others. I only remember the fluoride toothpaste packaging has this usually dark blue mark at the bottom and someone said, if he;s right? that that means it is not safe to swallow in large amounts. I have seen other toothpastes w/ a green mark, also carica toothpaste pala. Now ppl are tooting oil pulling, as well as oh, activated charcoal for whitening too.
 
well this is my soapbox. I think it's outrageous that Big Pharma adveritses illnesses ie,

"One out of three peole will get shingles, you already have the virus in your body" Talk about programming people

They don't say two out of three people won't get shingles.

If your antidepressents don't work- just keep adding another pill...

My question would be why continue to take something that doesn''t work? Isn't that kinda the definition of insanity?
 
its sad that a neuroscientist will make literally 20x more working for a marketing company than he could ever make studying brain disease and how to help people.

So what would be the alternative to Big Pharma, jaybird88? I'm not disagreeing with you on this, believe me. I think Big Pharma is a larger menace to public healthy than anthrax ever was. And as a student of Medical Laboratory Technology, I can tell you there are horror stories you hear through the grapevine about Big Pharma. There are definitely conspiracies going on in the world of medicine designed specifically to cause extortion of the public. I'd even be convinced, based on what I've heard, that they sometimes make people sick with one medication in order to push another. Also, the whole vitamin con is completely bunk too, if you didn't already know.

But the real question is, what do we do about it? With what do we replace a system that is now so ingrained there is hardly any alternative, let alone a viable choice of competition?
