That you abide in Him. When He urges you to pray you do it out of His Love that draws you. That you don't get drunk and all those other sins. That you lay off bad words. Just everything Paul writes in His letters and I don't say that in one instance you have to be perfect, He looks at the heart. If there is a sin and He convinces you you seek help and prayer to get rid of it. Such things, sanctification.

No he was saying that because of the deep love we have for him and with him we naturally obey because love fulfills every commandment given by God Love is what gives us the eys to see the heart to understand and to love as only he does Love is mark of a true believer Love is what reveals the beauties and the deep and hidden secrets of his heart. when one's heart is filled with love he knows that the light of God reveals every darkness within him normally exposing all of this brings one to shame and to hide it and so they run away from God not wanting to have their sin and darkness revealed by his light.

But for a believer of Love they welcome his light to expose their darkness their sin their weakness and do not feel judged or condemned they are intrigued by this light noticing there is something strange something different about it and so they actively seek this light out they want to know this light to understand it to see experience and the beauty it radiates they want to become closer to it they want to become one with it.

Yeah people can agree on a lot but it is the foundation that matters. If we don't have Christ as our foundation, then all that is built upon it crumbles. This is why a revelation of God's grace is so important, especially in regards to understanding what exactly Jesus accomplished at the cross. Justification and sanctification all too often are meshed as one because of individuals not understanding the foundation that is Jesus Christ.

It’s been drilled into our consciousness from childhood to perform up to standard, and we do that as well in Christian life. We never stop trying to obey. Nevertheless, God puts within us a quicker recognition of those vain attempts. How wonderful when we realize and become convinced that all else is futile except for Jesus Christ.. who is IN us.

We can either beat ourselves up over doubt, weakness & failures…
Or we can thank God through Jesus Christ that He keeps giving us insight and opens our eyes to see the difference between “trying” and “His doing.”

This imperfect world presents the perfect scenario that we may see the reality of Jesus. Worldly logic always contradicts Truth and may tempt our thought processes. But our Father gives us His understanding by means of contrast. We can see what IS the more we recognize what ISN’T.

Paul was explaining that when he wrote:
But you did not learn Christ in this way, Ephesians 4:20

He was bringing out the contrast of the new life in Christ compared to the old life we learned in the world.

Many have been brainwashed that they must do things for God, but that is a lie. We dedicate and re-dedicate ourselves, promising we will do more for God. We will do a Bible study, read a book authored by a Christian, “apply” ourselves, “recommit” ourselves, in order to bring us to the point where we can be of some productive use for God.

We’ve been made to feel guilty by leaders and teachers for not loving Jesus enough to do what it takes to really give up our lives and make God happy. We’re convinced that they are right and we ignore the miraculous truth of what happened to us in Christ!

It is REALITY that through Jesus -
Sin no longer has a valid claim on us.
We are made the righteousness of God.
We have received the Spirit of God.
We are in union with the Father.
We have the mind of Christ.
We are sons of God.
We have a new heart that loves God.

YOU are loved by your Father and YOU are pleasing to Him. That’s what has been placed within you spiritually. Miraculously. Before you were given life in Jesus, your righteousness was filthy rags, and nothing you did could please God.

In Christ, your sins are taken away. The logic of the religious mindset wants to convince you to offer up those old filthy rags to God. But God doesn't want the thing or the works of the thing that you were. He has made you NEW and your new life is CHRIST IN YOU. He is very pleased with that. Don't let the self-righteous religious mind convince you otherwise.

So, how do we obey? By BELIEVING that God is at work within you and it is HE making you more and more into the image of Jesus Christ. Keep your eyes on the Savior, not on yourself. And He keeps His eyes on you. You're in union with Him.

So it must be so lol yes because of your doctrin. I was not saved as John was and Thorben Sondergaard who says he believes he got really saved when God set him totally free from having to do the same sins over and over, but I was a christian. I was a pastor's wife, I prayed 2 hours every morning, raised my kid from the dead, was healed, had a relationship with the Lord, spent hours a day with Him and did not live in sin at all and had forgiven everyone. If you call that a nonbeliever well I don't mind.

It is a lie that it's only unbelief. There are so many people who saw christians who lived in sin in hell. Do you believe married homosexuals go to heaven too? That guy I could not date now why would that be? The men in Holland do not wait til marriage and he called living in sin marriage. I live in Sodom and Gomorrah here. That's why I see girls backslide. They want a guy so they go live in sin because he doesn't want to marry. Paul says fornicators do not inhabit the Kingdom. He says do not be deceived. He's not talking to non christians here but to the Corinths who lived in sexual sin, then got saved, but he had to have birth pangs for some of them again because they had not converted from their former walk.

well according to you no one will get to heaven.

Are you perfect? if your answer is no, then you need to add yourself to that list of sinners.

and then realise. Nothing but the grace of God can save you.. Your just as guilty as all those sinners.

He preaches salvation by works. By being obedient.

I am safe in His blood, for His blood is eternal(Rev 19:13). His blood and grace teaches me to serve the living God(Heb 9:14, Titus 2:11-14), and because of His blood sacrifice, I strive to present my body as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God which is my reasonable service(Rom 12:1-2). My eternal destiny is secure, not because of what I've done, but because of who He is....He clothed me with the garments of salvation, covered with the robe of righteousness(Isa 61:10), which is His righteousness. I am complete in Him. My salvation is not temporary but complete as it was promised to us since before the world began(Titus 1:2).

"And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power" Col 2:10

"But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption. That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord." 1 Cor 1:30-31
