I would like to apologize, Christian family on ChristianChat.

I am apologizing...because I placed an unfair expectation on many of you. I came to ChristianChat expecting to find out how to become rich in God, gain the money needed, give back to prosper Christianity, and move from here. I now know that to not be the case.

I also apologize...because I assumed many of you here had achieved wordly success, and may have known how to achieve it in Christ. I'm not potshotting anyone, but if someone truly was able to achieve worldly success in life, I should have known better than to think they would have the physical time required to fellowship on an online forum. That was my fault, and I'm sorry for expecting more than I should have.

I came thinking I could have found someone who made a strong six-figure income, and took some time out of their day to find someone they can guide. I was foolish to have thought so. Many Christians I have met...95% of them, have not achieved success, and the 5% that have...are not on sites like this.

I came looking for money, success, a dream, and a vision, ALL IN CHRIST, to make my life better. You cant do that on the internet. You need to go through the process, and fight for your success. I have over 20 years of failures, dissapointments, loneliness, frustration, and denial, and for me to have thought Jesus could fix or cure it...makes ME the idiot for pursuing that angle, and I'm sorry I came here with that focus.

If you came here to feel better and be in fellowship, amen. You're in the right place.
If you want money...you want to be admired by the opposite sex...if you want a house in the next 2-5 years...if you want blessing for your business or enterprise to thrive...if you want ANYTHING of gain in your life..

...Jesus Christ cannot help you. At all.
All he did was offer himself to die on a cross for your sins.
If your life is great, fantastic, you have an added benefit in Jesus' selfless sacrifice.
If your life sucked, sorry. Jesus' death and ressurection is the only thing you can look forward to.

Folks, the bible wasn't meant for victory in this world. It's just a history of God.
God blesses some. He curses some.
If you were blessed, lucky you. BE SUPREMELY THANKFUL.
If you were cursed, God crapped on you. Sorry. Better luck next time. God expect you to be thankful for your lack of blessing. If you're a believer, you must be thankful for the crap he loaded on you.

Some of you are ok with that. AWESOME.
Some of you are disturbed by that fact. Sorry. THIS is the truth of Christianity.

Christ has died, Christ is risen, Christ will come again. The end.
Anything else, you're on your own bub.

I understand now, CC.
Sorry for all of that. I wont be pushing any issues anymore, because the truth has been laid to bare.

If you desire success, it's not God who blesses you with it...it's your OWN COMPOUNDED ACTIONS, over a CONSISTENT and PERSISTENT period of time, that make the difference.

This is the truth.
Make your decision.

Good day.

Dear sweet Lord, open the eyes of this young man to see that TRUE success is only found in accepting Your Son, Jesus Christ, as Lord and Savior, and serving Him.

Alexander, I have no idea where you got the ideas about Christianity that you have. You don't NEED six figures, and the Lord will do just fine without your money. But please know that the greatest treasure you WILL EVER, or COULD EVER receive is the gift of eternal life. Let the Lord use you for His Glory and your good. Trust Him with your whole heart.

If you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and doing all you can, I consider that a success. Yes, we all struggle with our walk and relationships with others but God cannot be blamed for that. Yes, horrible things happen to good Christian people, but God uses those situations to make us stronger in him he doesn't create them. God is love and we need to be reminded that he doesn't want to see any one of us in pain. Personally I have been through things I never wish upon anyone but I don't blame God for any bit of it instead I thank him for standing by my side holding my hand as I walk through the storms of this life. God can and will forgive you as can we. However, please don't be saying that God curses his children because that is not true. God can and will help us if we call on him. I pray that God becomes real for you and expresses all of who he is and let me tell you once you are reborn in Christ it is amazing and something that is so hard to explain but you will never be the same person or have the same mindset about life as you do right now. I will pray specifically that someone comes into your life that shows you who God is and you just can't help but say, "I want what you have"

The blessing of the Lord makes one rich and adds no sorrow ...but the hard part is to live by faith in the blessing and having the trust and patience to see it manifest. It may take years to get where God wants you to be as it relates to His Blessing and you may even have to work some sub-par jobs in humility to test your faith?

What kind of apology is that? Better to not offer one than to provide one that is insincere.

If you're looking for advice on how to get rich quick, then you're correct, this website is not going to meet that end for you.

you made a previous post about how in a survey, you wrote you hate everyone, lacked confidence, and dont have friends or relationships with other people. Looking for some kind of wealth guru isn't going to magically fix all of that. God isn't an ambiguous wish granting genie, but I'm sure you have come to that realization by now.

Looking for meaning in worldly riches is ultimately going to lead to more disappointment. The world does not owe you a single thing.

There are a lot of folks on here who can certainly speak to dealing with rejection, social anxiety, loneliness, job loss, building their own business, etc but you're looking for answers to the wrong problem.

God bless.

your response here.... is unacceptable. he came here with the fleshly and worldly mind but left and came back with a renewed one understanding his mistakes and learning from them and he apologized and did the best he could to express himself. He did good he came out clean admitted his mistakes and learned and even did his best to let us know how sorry he was everyone understood this but then you say something like this.

I would very much appreciate it if you gave an apology to him for your remark

Blain, thanks for saying this, I COMPLETELY misread the tone of the original post. Completely.

Alex, I truly apologize, when I read what you were saying, I thought you were being sarcastic for most of it, but that's my bad for just reacting without clarifying.

I'm glad that you experienced a shift in your expectations brother.

God bless both of you.

Ok here is the deal, if you want to be wealthy, their is no secret to it. You have to create wealth. You have to make something that is of a monetary value that another person is willing to exchange currency for. Any other notions of making wealth is paramount to building a house on sand. The problem you will have like most people is coming up with a product to exchange for curency. You have to come up with something new and be first to market, if not you are just competing for an ever shrinking slice of pie. So good luck with that. But if you really want to be sucessful, neal before the Lord and accept his gift of salvation. Who knows he may just bless you with what you are looking for.

Quote " I came to ChristianChat expecting to find out how to become rich in God, gain the money needed, give back to prosper Christianity, and move from here. I now know that to not be the case." I assumed many of you here had achieved wordly success.

Rich in God or rich in money. The Bible says he wants our soul to prosper. Do you know what Jesus said to the rich your ruler? Give everything you have away. God doesn't need your money,He wants your life.

Quote "
if someone truly was able to achieve worldly success in life, I should have known better than to think they would have the physical time required to fellowship on an online forum."

People achieve any kind of success by working for it,hard. Not sitting on a computer surfing sites for get rich quick schemes. Work hard, do the jobs others don't want to do,you ought to be smart enough to figure that out on your own.

Quote "
Many Christians I have met...95% of them, have not achieved success"

Then you haven't met many Christians. Having traveled in hundreds, literally, of churches in ministry I can tell you you are wrong. But worldly success is not a Christians main goal,we're not here for long.we're just passing through. Jesus didn't have worldly success, would you mock Him also?

Quote "
I came looking for money, success, a dream, and a vision, ALL IN CHRIST, to make my life better. You cant do that on the internet. You need to go through the process, and fight for your success."

You dont need a dream ,a vision, money. You were told what to do "go into all the world and share the gospel." The time is short. Tell as many people as you can.

Quote "
I have over 20 years of failures, dissapointments, loneliness, frustration, and denial"

Compared to who? People have survived the Holocaust, have you suffered that badly? No? Then stop complaining and keep trying. Want to be a success? Learn to fail, suck it up and keep trying. Every great man or woman has proven this to be true.

Quote"
and for me to have thought Jesus could fix or cure it...makes ME the idiot

Your focus is in the wrong place man. If God can't trust you in the little things why would He give you success? You're throwing a fit because life hasn't gone your way. If your age is true, you have a lot of living to do yet.

Quote"
If you want money...you want to be admired by the opposite sex...if you want a house in the next 2-5 years...if you want blessing for your business or enterprise to thrive...if you want ANYTHING of gain in your life..
...Jesus Christ cannot help you. At all.

Man have you ever heard "His ways are higher than our ways?" Your timetable is not His timetable. I was in my late 30s before I ever dated. In my 40s when I met my now husband. It was 4yrs before he was able to find a job near me and now we have a beautiful home. But it didn't happen overnight. So Jesus can help you,if you wait on Him.

Quote "
If you were blessed, lucky you. BE SUPREMELY THANKFUL.
If you were cursed, God crapped on you. Sorry. Better luck next time. God expect you to be thankful for your lack of blessing. If you're a believer, you must be thankful for the crap he loaded on you."

You are extremely immature. God isn't Santa. Until you grow up and figure that out you will always be miserable.

Quote "
Some of you are disturbed by that fact. Sorry. THIS is the truth of Christianity."Anything else, you're on your own bub.

No,that is YOUR truth, not Christianity.

Quote "
I understand now, CC."

No, apparently you don't. You keep coming back with the same immature and selfish attitude.

Quote "If you desire success, it's not God who blesses you with it"

Man everyday you wake up and take a breath that Gods blessing. If you want to be a Kardashian go sell your soul for it.If you want fame and fortune,go find it. When you find your life more empty then you could ever imagine you'll come back here, crying for prayer. Time to grow up.

Quote ".it's your OWN COMPOUNDED ACTIONS, over a CONSISTENT and PERSISTENT period of time, that make the difference."

Really? Then why are coming here looking for a magic formula? If you know it,why have you been unsuccessful?

Quote "Make your decision."

No,you need to make a decision. Its a pity that you can't see it for yourself. But like they say, some people have to learn for themselves. Good luck with that. See you back here when it all falls in on you. God will give you your own way,if you insist. Just remember,I told you so.

I can understand, re reading his op I can see how it can be seen how you saw it. But even so I think more than anything he is hurting and is frustrated. If I misunderstood his intent then I am the one who owes you an apology, I don't know for sure if his intent was honest and just isn't good with words or if it was what you originally thought but if it in fact isn't honest then i would like to give you my apology in advance and that I feel bad for misunderstanding and then getting on to you.

But even so some of the responses even if that was the case were not at all Christ like.

I find some truth in your post, and some things you still haven't come to understand. God bless you and I hope that you choose Christ even if you lose everything else, because if you find billions in this world it will not add to even a moment to your life. Christianity is about eternal life and rewards and treasures that cannot even be comprehended in our minds. One who is made wealthy in Christ, is made wealthy that they may have much to give to the needs of others and store up their true wealth in the eternal things. success is not only possible in Christ, but promised in scripture to those who will commit thierselves to God and His things. often, if we are made wealthy it will destroy our eternal soul with its deception.

I am not gonna say anything to condemn you for your words, its not my place. I would offer this. first seek the righteousness of God that is available in Christ and all other things will be added to you. if things are what provide happiness to you, the secret to success is to have a successful relationship with God the Father, who rewards and blesses those who seek him and not his blessings in these things. this is unwarranted advice, just a thought after reading.

as for me I have what I need today, and know if tomorrow comes I will be provided for and that is what brings a peace I have never known. but if next week I lose everything I have, I will be content living under a bridge holding to the riches promised that will last.

God bless you and may he bring wisdom to your heart and mind
