Are you asking about sexual fetishes? I don't think so, necessarily. Traditionally, we think of sexual fetishes as including only odd sexual fetishes, but I think a proper definition would include the very specific preferences of your average person. Obviously this is difficult to discuss politely, but how often do you hear that a guy is a "______ man," fill in your favorite body part? Merely having a sexual fetish, even if it's a strange one, isn't a sin. It just means that you have a very peculiar "button." If a guy likes feet, he likes feet. Oh well.
However, pressing the button in the wrong situations, too often, without consent, without regard for the sanctity of the sexual act, is a sin, but it's not because the button is weird. Now, because the peculiar attraction of the fetishist might not be socially appropriate, they might end up doing wrong more often than a person who can satisfy their desires in a healthy relationship.
