How do you know that God is speaking to you?

I hear him whisper to me... I have visions as well, and I haven't had one in quite sometime. But when my dad first passed away... I could hear and see Jesus and my dad clear as a bell. Maybe I will still in heavy greiving but... WOW.... Talk about moving and powerful!

When My eyes are closed... Praising God during worship... thats when I hear him the most, but I can't very well hear him these days... kinda... disappointed... but I KNOW he is there.... Just makes things a little more difficult sometimes to understand.

Knowing his voice is something that is learned he speaks to us any way he can if you know how to listen.
Whenever you see a hurting soul and you feel nothing but compassion that is his voice whenever you see a baby and your heart is touched that is his voice whenever a song or a movie or a book moves you or inspires you or gives you hope that is his voice whenever the bible reaches your heart or you understand something and see something in it you never did before that is his voice whenever a person impacts you whether that is what they said did or who they are that is his voice.

He can and will use anything or anyone to speak to us to reach us to teach us even and especially in ways we wouldn't expect, I have heard his voice several times out loud but he rarely ever speaks to me in this manner but he speaks to my heart every day. Our hearts have eyes ears arms our hearts can see what our physical eyes cannot they can hear what our ears cannot and they reach others where our arms and hands cannot.
