it's people thinking that this is "just a game" that are possibly going to get that caricature of a man elected.

i've thought quite a while about all the random accusations you've made, and how they don't seem to fit anyone on this thread, and come to the conclusion that they uniquely apply to exactly one man: Donald Trump, who has made the offhand claim to be a a Christian, but who apparently knows next to nothing about the faith, has no interest in the faith, doesn't care about repentance, forgiveness, developing any kind of relationship with Jesus, following in any kind of obedience or good work, lives an unapologetic licentious life, hates his neighbor and in all ways other than "eating a little cracker" once or twice in his life while sitting in a pew, neither exhibits nor professes anything that would lead me to believe that he is in any way a believer or disciple of Christ.

it seems to me that this is exactly the "gnostic grace believer" you've been describing for 49 pages -- i know of no other person in the world who fits the description but Donald Trump.

so i'm pretty sure that's who this is all about for you.

what is it to you, if someone avers what you are all about, regardless of what you actually say? haven't you been doing the same thing? telling us what we believe, regardless of what we say? so i say, you are talking about Donald Trump.

now if you will all excuse me, i have to go polish my Bernie Sanders buttons.

Well you seem to be rolling the dice.

From what you post and what you believe a person has a hard time delineating when a person gets saved. How much sin is "stumbling" and how much sin is " falling." How many fruits gets us there, how many fruits are not enough. Holy Spirit is an it,Christ doesn't work through us, we work toward the Spirit(it), we are not a new creation...........and the list goes on.

its confusing, and the truth is not confusing.

For all of the game players and false accusers, here are a couple of examples where BenWTF and Grace777x70 say that they believe the holy spirit doesn't convict believers of sin. This is what all false grace teachers teach.

I'm with you on this ...........

I love my walk and talk with the Lord ... This fellowship stuff is making me chase my tail like a dog - round and round she goes. I'm going back to simplicity I am grateful to all who have offered their advice to me ... but I felt so much more clear minded when I walked alone with Christ.

I'll probably come on the board once in a while ... but mainly I'm going back to reliance on God for my education.

My reply to that is you may be right, I also believe, as in all letters, it is adressed to people in the church who are saved, with knowledge that some might not be saved. James is the same way.. When he told people to test their faith.

Untrue, I beleive Angela quoted the verse pertaining to the Holy Spirit and what He does and I knw that ben and g7 are both well acquainted with scripture. They know the truth and defend the gospel inspite of unkind and untrue remarks.

Yes..I agree.....and we can also have situations where people can agree to just disagree.....without all the name-calling and slander. Malice is a huge one too. People have ill-will towards others and they would attack you even if you said "God is love.."...I know...I have seen it more then a few times....as you say..it goes with the territory.....

Grace is scandalous and it is being attacked by our enemy vehemently because he knows if Christians really understood the gospel of the grace of Christ. - there would be no stopping them from growing in Christ. - when we see who we truly are in Christ , in our new creation created in righteousness and holiness - we will be a major threat to expose satan's lies and deception that he has been holding over people.
