Holy cow, Sky. What was this Bozo thinking???!!!

Who on earth gives a "prophecy" like that???

Don't you fret about his new girlfriend, Lady Sky. So she's got herself a man who encourages people to prepare for their own deaths "in the name of the Lord".

Yeah, sounds like a real winner.

Stick with us, Sky. We're all in this together, and together, we can all (hopefully) keep the crazies away.

You're definitely right, Mel.

We need to start an entire forum dedicated to "Recovery... From the Bible Discussion Forum", complete with a 12-step program.

The ponies yelling and talking backwards made me smile. The song itself... isn't all that different xD

When your young adult class is going to be discussing the topic of Hell...
... and they are also going to be having ice cream...

So the group leaders text you a reminder that says,
"See you at 7 for ice cream and hell!"

That was a classic! Love it!

Reminds me of a slow day at work. I grabbed a chunk of ice, got the managers attention, proclaimed "The Theater of McDonald's at (town name) now presents... A Snowball's Chance In Hell" and threw the ice chunk on the grill where it promptly melted. "Nope, didn't have a chance."

Ok I think Im going crazy here.. earlier today I swore I saw a thread where a woman was asking how she should answer her 8-yr old's question about who created God. I've looked all over CC and can't find it and it was a new thread...

No-one created God. He is the Creator, the un-Created. If He was created, He wouldn't be the Creator, nor would He be God.

A few posters said that same thing, but how can something exist if it was never created?

Because God is the One who brought everything into existence. We wouldn't draw even one breath without God allowing it. Without the God of the Bible, we would have no foundation to even reason how someone can exist if they were not created. Therefore, by the very fact that we can reason anything (arguing for or even against God), the God of the Bible must exist. It's a bit more complicated. I can find a couple articles about Reason and Logic and God, if you'd like.
