You won't find any constitutionalist that will agree with you. This isn't even a partisan issue... Republicans, Democrats, Liberals, Conservatives, Libertarians, etc... will all say people can't change the constitution. The constitution was never change from it being pro-slavery to being anti-slavery... it was always anti-slavery, but the mob went against the constitution.

The only thing that changes from the constitution is the interpretation of it. Supreme Court Justices are not suppose to make legislation but when/if they do, it's unconstitutional if it goes against it explicitly.

You are ignorant as to what a scientific theory is. In science theories = facts. Are you contesting that germs do not cause infectious disease? Are you still living in primitive times and think that Satan is behind it?

They're not illegal acts though, the Supreme Court of the USA in accordance to Article 3 of the US Constitution ruled them legal. So it goes back to my point. The Constitution is no good. If you support the Constitution then you have to support the authority of the SCOTUS in making such rulings.

Though I do quite agree on your last sentence here, in this we are allied.

Young lady ..you don't understand how the constitution works...just a few decades ago they outlawed alcohol by a constitutional amendment ... it was a "moral" issue Then the folks had to pass anther constitutional amendment to cancel that one..because the people wanted alcohol

A nation without laws is not a nation. Besides, it leaves room for a more perfect union. The ones that stand for good and justice have just been silence by those who don't. Not very much longer tho.

Like I said ..they are only legal while liberal judges set on the court ..when conservatives have control of the court ..that nonsense is history

Okay, can we stop with the mud slinging personal attacks? No one is saying we all have to agree or that we can't talk about things we do disagree on. Let's just be mature and discuss these topics and if we get to a bad place emotionally/mentally, agree to disagree before we rage.

No one is suddenly going to change their opinion/stance because they were personally attacked. If anything, you are reinforcing their personal opinion because of how you're going about attacking them.
