Existance of Extraterrestrials

i think most UFOs are people misidentifying things like airplanes...a few are probably secret aircraft that some governments are no doubt testing without telling their citizens...and some are probably some strange poorly understood natural phenomena such as ball lightning or earthquake lights...

this is enough to explain the vast majority of ordinary UFO sightings and close encounters...what is left is the 'high strangeness' encounters that involve things like abductions and 'missing time' and actual visits with otherworldly beings...many of these sound much more supernatural than physical in nature...and the messages as understood by 'contactees' are almost always directly opposed to sound biblical christian teaching...

so that leads me to suspect that these kinds of experiences are demonic...intended to deceive people...

the famous occultist aleister crowley used to summon beings he called 'lam' that looked a lot like the big headed gray space aliens that the abductees and contactees see...two of his followers attempted to expand on his 'workings' and it is rumored that they had much less skill in containing and 'sending back' the beings they summoned...this was in the late 1940s...maybe not coincidentally the time that flying saucers really started becoming a thing...

also people who have used the highly psychoactive drug DMT have reported encountering beings similar to UFO aliens during their drug experiences...DMT is the main active ingredient in ayahuasca which is an ancient herbal pharmakeia concoction used by some cultures and modern drug 'psychonauts' for making deep contacts with the spirit world...

finally i don't completely reject the possibility that there might be real physical living creatures in outer space...but there is no real evidence for it and scripture seems to imply though not state outright that we are alone in the universe...

it is likely that the governments know more than they are admitting...especially about their top secret military aircraft...but on the spiritual aspect they are probably almost as puzzled as the majority of secular UFO researchers...though governments are known to have employed occultists so they may have at least some clue...

Yes H.G Wells was a great writer. I live a few miles from Bromley where he was born. The Cat picture is great. Meeting yourself is one of the pitfalls of time travel.

I found your post very interesting the Aleister Crowley information in particular, though I don't agree with the idea that
most sightings cant be explained as secret government experiments or natural phenomena. too many people have seen them
many of which are people who are unlikely to invent stories. There are reports of strange sightings going back to the Romans. I believe that the term Flying Saucer was coined by a Pilot in the early 1940s who was the first to report seeing them in modern times.
 
Also, we could probably consider other angles on this. What if it were reversed and the aliens which existed are in fact a primitive society much inferior to our own, and that's why we haven't seen much of a physical sign of them. For all we know, we could be the most advanced world in spaced to date, and sometime in the future we run into an "Avatar" scenario in which we pull a Christopher Columbus on some Indian-like Extraterrestrial society, introducing the common cold and killing the population like smallpox. Or perhaps their race would be so advanced as to be well beyond our detect-ability, and consider us too insignificant to contact for any purpose.

Also, we still haven't fully discussed that maybe contact happened long ago, and it's all a government held top-secret file somewhere for a shady purpose.

But yeah, demonic presence/entities is definitely a huge possibility, too, considering the Bible holds absolute weight against the world of Sci-fi. Not that I'm completely convinced we're alone in the universe, regardless...

Time travel . youv got it all wrong , you think only in human idears, terms and your how old is old many years billions or what ever is all so total wrong

the spirit can be where ever at will, there is no distance involved , and years they don't exist ,

We say the earth is x number of years, right that's because you think it and we are governed by being on this earth by the earth going round in its orbit , as it is its a bit faster than in the beginning , poor man he has failed in his thinking take a gander at some bible background and see what The Most High had to say , your 1000 years as a day what 1000 years and what day they..... don't exist ......eons try them . ???

I'm not an evolutionist, so I wouldn't go the route of Stephen Hawking and start wondering if life could have spontaneously arisen on some other "fit enough" planet with some "primordial soup". But I do believe that God is an almighty artist, and therefore certainly capable of creating life somewhere else. Why only here on Earth, out of so vast a space? We have only just begun to see the outside or our own galaxy, and know for a certainty that there are billions more like ours. How do we know that every one doesn't have a planet like or unlike ours which God lovingly created for another race to enjoy Him on? How do we know that we are the first and only world of all that God has created to which He visited and died for the remission of the populations sins (sounds crazy, I know)?

Some have said to me that the existence of Extraterrestrials would debunk the belief of God, but I think it would only strengthen it. More life (whether intelligent or no) in creation would only suggest more intelligent design. I know I probably sound like a crazy person here, but I'm mostly writing this for fun anyway, and as a proud nerd and sci-fi lover, I just couldn't resist any longer.

Also, on the subject of Conspiracies, do you think the government hides (or would hide) the existence of Alien life if they knew of it? This is all conjecture, of course, and I don't really stand a solid position on it. But I do find it enjoyable discussion.

For the longest time; I didn't know how to do certain features. I'm only testing to see if I'm doing this right. lol
 
Is light projected/pushed out from its source? If so, then you would see ligjtbeams in front of you as normal I guess?
Like if you were travelling at the speed of light and pushed an object out at a force of 20km/h it would travel ahead of you yeah?

There is a couple of Time Warp stories I remember seeing, that were supposed to be true.

The first was about a man who found a small book shop in London. He went in had a look around and left. This was some time in the 1980s. Not long after he happened to be in the same area and went back intending to visit the same shop but it wasnt there. He asked someone in a nearby shop where the Bookshop was. The person said there was a bookshop in the street but it closed down in 1965.

Another story was about a couple who were driving in the countryside in the 1990s. They came across a small village
with a green and on the green were flowers arranged to commemorate the Queens Silver Jubilee with flags and banners
hanging around the place. The point is that the Queens Silver Jubilee took place in 1977.
 
Well if a person believes that God knows the persons future then the person believes in time travel in spiritual and physical for God sees the person in their physical future. There is a know how of how this is done and that's God Knowledge.

If a person believes that human beings are not the only inteligent beings in the universe then the advancement of this knowledge of God or lack of this knowledge can be possible. People are still trying to learn about time travel so the lack of know how is real.

God is so creative I can not imagine that there are not many other races on other worlds. On Earth there are millions of different species of life.

I personally believe in the existence of other beings besides the ones we know about called angels. I saw a NASA film taken in space that recorded in the visible and ultraviolet range that clearly showed many other craft of different configurations and sizes out there cruising around. The film looked authentic. Then or course there are all the stories the astronauts have let slip about things they saw.

So here is my theory. The word angel means messenger. What if all these alien craft are like messengers, foreign correspondents, or reporters who observe and report back to their home worlds the events unfolding on Earth? They don't seem to be interfering, just watching. Perhaps what happens here by way of resolving the angelic conflict also effects their worlds, or at least is of great interest to them.

Actually, we do have a clue - several, even - that we can see with our own eyes, and reason with our own minds - that tell us about the size of our 'universe' / world. ;)

I also tells us that there are no 'extraterrestrials'...

And, ... God is brilliant!

probably lol.. Because we live in three time scales... Solar time,Galaxy time, infinite time.. A day in each is still a day just measured/recorded differently. First two solar/Galaxy we can see and measure to a degree.
 
We are getting a complete re run of the original Star Trek here at present. It is great to see Captain Kirk ,Spock , Bones and Scottie
once more and also laugh at the dodgy scenery and cliches.
