I said that I did not say what you heard me say when I said it. Just because you heard me say what I said as I said it, does not mean I said what you heard me say as I was saying it. What I said was not what you heard me say. You heard me say what I said as I was saying it, but that was not what I said. Your saying I said what you heard me say as I was saying it is unfair and misleading because what I said was different than what you heard me say as I was saying it. You need to stop saying I said what you heard me say what I said as I was saying it because that is not what I said.

(Somewhere "W" is like; "We misunderestimated this guy."

CLARIFICATION:

Watching Trump go through one clarification after another to try and fix the mistake he made concerning his views on abortion last week has surely become a spectator sport.

What really caught my attention, that (apparently) only I noticed, was his ending comment from his latest clarification yesterday when he said:

"Now I have it to where everyone will agree."

WOW!

That is CLARIFICATION!

Not exactly a "conviction," nor even a firm stance on an important issue such as Right to Life, but it IS clarifying.

Keep working at it Donald.............

Another comment on FNC yesterday is when one of their Correspondents was talking about Cruz calling Trump........"Donald."

He was shocked! We don't do that! Nobody does!

Seriously?

Somehow it's a critical sin to call Donald ................ Donald?

Well, hey Donald, I call you Donald, and I will call you Donald the Deceptive Democrat if you or FNC are so upset about calling you Donald.............

Hmm............ Donald the Deceptive Democrat..........kinda has a nice ring to it don'tcha think?

:)

Yeah, it would probably be much more convincing to us if he memorized a statement his speech writers wrote for him, and just kept repeating that same line over and over. Then we would know he was sincere.

I don't trust a President bringing lousy speech writers to the White House...:p

I mean anyone complaining about Trump.

How stupidly wish washy are we? "We" want someone who is not a polished and practiced politician, yet when we have one standing right in front of us, we complain because he does not give the kind of pat answers we have been complaining about for years and years.

Complaining about Trump equates to being wishy washy? Now, that IS funny.

And who are the WE that doesn't want a Candidate who is practiced and polished? Seems to me that actually being EXPERIENCED in dealing with National and World issues is a pretty good thing to want in a Candidate.

Big difference between "pat answers" and answers that are only designed to get the most votes possible. Uh, er, no, wait, not that different after all.......

It's actually a rather naïve and foolish person who believes ANYONE can give one, single honest answer to the kinds of questions asked of politicians. Yet, the polished ones give their carefully pre-calculated replies... and we stupidly applaud, actually thinking they, themselves believe the crap they are dishing up for us.

Obama is very practiced and polished.... yet he probably couldn't SPELL experienced.

Trumps experience has been proven by his success. You don't get to his level in the world of sharks by being stupid, nor by only knowing how to do something the one single way you parroted it in front of a microphone.

I for sure don't want a candidate that clearly hasn't been contemplating anything he might could encounter if he gets to be the POTUS. Is he aware of the fact that there is a world outside the US (except from people south of the Rio Grande that in his mind calls for walls), does he know that about 50 percent of the population are women? For some reason (sure wonder what reason...:p) he isn't very popular with women...and on the whole...if he is the nominee, the GOP will be telling tales about GWB, the last GOP president, for years to come...

True.............you rise to that level by being void of Honesty, Integrity and Truth in Business Transactions.

He does have a successful Business plan. Desire to build something........Get other people/Banks to put up the financing for the construction. Get someone to design the thing being built. Hire the cheapest labor available. Partner with known Organized Crime owned Suppliers of construction materials. Upon completion of Project, stand in front of Project taking all the credit for what others accomplished.

AND, BEST OF ALL, should the Project go belly up? Well, get out quick, and let the OTHER GUYS lose their investment!

Oh, so it is possible to simply say "yes" or "no"? I think that could be useful for students studying Political Science:D

This is a very reactionary comment. You do not want someone who only plans to react one way to any given situation in the future.... At that time, the decisions made will not be the ones spoken about today UNLESS the entire world situation remains frozen exactly as it exists today. And that is totally unrealistic. Who will be our allies then... our enemies... who will be in power..... in which countries... how will they view us at that particular moment.... what will be the overall world political climate then... ? And a hundred and one other VERY important considerations will have to be taken into consideration...................................................... and you want to hear the answer that will make you feel comfortable right this minute.

Well, feeding you that momentarily satisfying pabulum is the very essence of political campaigning to the dull masses. It is the very reason we have had Obama in the White House for two terms. Most people really don't think much past what will make them feel good tonight. They probably DO think the pat answer they are listening to will always work in any situation.

That's just real life.
