One of my favorite jobs. Easy and impressive. I just boot in from a Linux live disk, access the internal hard drive and dump the needed files to a flash drive.
Even when I explain how easy it was, they are still always impressed.

Yeah that sounds about like my basic plan once she explained that it was in booting the OS that she was having troubles.
My family just went on a trip and my sister said, "bye brothers." XD She's said that since she was like 3 years old lol. Can't believe she's about to start hs. Protective big brother is about to be a thing. -_-
When my little sisters went to high school, they were way more popular than me. And I was the one who got bullied and needed protecting..
