Trump says we don't have a right to see his tax returns........none of our business until AFTER we vote........hmm

[FONT=Helvetica Neue, HelveticaNeue, helvetica, arial, sans-serif]I stand by my earlier post. Your comment on the article is misleading.

“I don't think they do. But I do say this, I will really gladly give them,” Trump answered, adding he has no problem releasing him and he hopes it's before the election.

Wasn't Trump the guy putting pressure on Romney to release his taxes?

I don't understand what people hope to gain by seeing his tax returns..

Bernie Sanders' tax returns show that he only pays 13% (that is very low) so the dems don't have a leg to stand on when it comes to who's paying their fair share or not.

If its about whether he's really rich or not, Forbes has Trump's net worth pegged at $4.5 billion and Forbes is a very trustworthy source.

Direct quote from Article:

Trump went to say that he doesn’t not believe that voters have a right to see his tax returns before they vote, but that he would gladly made them public once the audit is over.

Title of Article:

[h=1]Donald Trump Refuses to Reveal His Tax Rate: 'It's None of Your Business'[/h]

Sorry, I did not add "commentary" to the post............Your suggesting I did is strange, are you channeling your inner Trumpster?

Except that you changed what he said in your op and left part of what he actually said out. That's called "spin" and it was a lie by omission.

If he becomes our POTUS, I seriously doubt he will show us his tax returns. If he wins, he has no reason to let us know what is in his returns. He is too narcissist to think he has to lower himself to that level.

Where? I just said what the Article said.............goodness.........I wish you would hold Trump to this stiff of a critique.......but, then, you'd have a real hard time staying on the band wagon right?

Lol. The point I was trying to make is that Trump said no one has the right to see his tax return...which I happen to agree with....you just left out the fact that he said he will probably release them before the election and after his audit is concluded. Lots of people will just assume that what you said nothing but the truth so help me God instead of reading the article for the entirety of what he said on the matter.

That's it. Vote for a candidate willing to show his tax return even though the Constitution doesn't require it...wait, hey...wasn't this country built out of protest concerning taxes...now the tax bullies are the heroes...sheeesh.

My point is...........Copy Write Law....... :)

When posting a News Story on a Public Site, one may use "limited parts" of the original Article as long as one gives proper credit to the Publisher/Author of the Article. As a general rule, one can not use the majority or entire Article. Given that, I hit the "hot point" highlights, and PROVIDE a LINK to the FULL STORY. This is not deceptive, it is in accordance with the Law. It's up to the folks to READ the FULL Article right?

In my mind it's no different than what journalists do. They interview someone and then remove context to shift the story one way or the other to create the same bias they have in someone elses mind. But ya....people should read the article. I did...and I thought it fair to point out the removal of context in the commentary of the OP. :)....for the people who don't.

Exactly! The fact Trump told a Hillary supporting reporter "its none of your business" after that reporter carried Hillary propaganda for a half hour ..and folks have twisted that into Trump telling the voters something ...proves how lies and deception are the tools of the anti-Trump folks.

I didn't quote any article. Just put up a pic of how much each candidate has spent so far.
