We are just going in circles, again this is what all Christian denominations say, that they have Holy Spirit guiding them.

That's not my ground to work on, according to those that came before me Jesus Christ is the One who judges?

I don't follow nor worship human beings, I am simply trying to understand what the truth really is, I guess I won't really know if I don't look, if I don't knock the door won't open if I don't seek I shall not find, this is all that I can do I can do no more but search for the truth, I am no expert on the Bible and I even struggle with Jesus' parables are they literal or allegory? all I can do is keep on searching for the truth on such matters.
Put your trust in Christ
The Lord tells us to trust in him and not men. I dont know any other way to tell you.

You can and should read the Bible for yourself, do not take any ones words here as truth. Go and find it for yourself.
I cross referenced 47 Bibles, I will admit that I just don't fully understand it all, just reading scripture does not make me understand the Bible, not everyone can. If there is only one truth then I should be able to find it, I have prayed and then I just research what many others all over the world are saying, that is all I can do. At some point I suppose I will go with my gut reaction and some logic and reasoning.

Honestly asking. Is there a place where Paul and the Apostles go into preaching hellfire? I know they preach Christ crucified.
No, there is no place where the gospel was being preached with hellfire by Paul or the apostles. This preaching of hell is NOT the gospel and it not what was preached.

We actually have word for word accounts of the gospel being preached by Peter and Paul in Acts. I think when we read these accounts of the true gospel being preached - we will be amazed and shocked at how much we have butchered the true gospel of the grace of Christ.

Peter's talk is in acts 10:34-48

Here was the part that people received Christ when they heard this message:

Acts 10:43-44 (NASB)
[SUP]43 [/SUP] "Of Him all the prophets bear witness that through His name everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins."

[SUP]44 [/SUP] While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who were listening to the message.

Paul's word for word message was in Acts 13:16-41 ( Paul's was longer as he was talking to the Jews in a synagogue )

Here is his gospel message:

Acts 13:38 (NASB)
[SUP]38 [/SUP] "Therefore let it be known to you, brethren, that through Him forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you,

The whole "let the Holy Spirit teach you" is such a cop out when people are only repeating what they have been taught by men.

Hi msSuzanna how's your day :) I was wondering if you could explain how in the statement you quoted that the person was judging all men? I'm not quite following what you mean and also how does this differ from your teachings you post??
Your questions to me dictate you did not fully understand what I was trying to relay to blain. God is the ones who draws so to say that the knowledge of hell and suffering for the ones who reject Christ will drive people away is a false assumption. God knows how to deal with people and how he does it is his business not mine. As for you last question, it is leading and it reeks of your opinion of my methods. I simply post OP to get people to think and get out of their box. If you do not care for it thats fine. I dont answer to anyone but my savior. God is my judge.

Yes...... IF, they have only let one thought gain entrance.

I think the biggest fool in the world is one who does not question.

God has said he will answer us when we ask. Why not go to the truth as our source?

Oh, stop being so touchy. Everything written here isn't about just you. Selectively picking verses is exactly what the vast majority of people obsessed with "proving" whatever they want to stress does.

You know Willie Im not touchy, you have gotten very grumpy and rather nasty lately, what is up with you? Others have noticed it too. You and I are running into each other like two goats lately. Whats up? We use to like each others posts all the time. If you have a problem with me,get it off your chest.

Everything here isn't about you either. Where you got that in my post is beyond me. But the "emotional female" posts are getting a little long in tooth. Im not being touchy. So lets drop that, thanks.

Im not trying to "prove" anything. I take it from the Bible,I put it on the page. Simple. No more obsession than you have when you post. Im not cherry picking, Im posting what the Bible says. You have a problem with that take it up with the One who put it there, not me.

Here is what Paul said the ministry is for the one telling people about Christ and what the gospel really is.

2 Corinthians 5:18-20 (NASB)

[SUP]18 [/SUP] Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation,

[SUP]19 [/SUP] namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them,
and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

[SUP]20 [/SUP] Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

Believe in what Christ has done and you will reconcile yourself in your mind to His salvation and life because of His great love for us.

Romans 5:8 (NASB)
[SUP]8 [/SUP] But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

The Bible says if you seek Him you will find Him. This is not the place to do so. Dont look for the truth here. Its in the Bible. People here are arguing nonsense for the most part. Staying here will confuse you more. You need to go read it for yourself. And you will find the truth, Im sure of it. :)

Noone is disputing this. This OP is not about this teaching. Please stay with the topic at hand demonstrated in the OP. Thank you
You are more than welcome to start your own thread. Please be respectful

You dont need to research what people around the world are saying. They cant give you eternal life, they cant save you. The message is very, very simple. Jesus came to save you from sin and give you eternal life. He died for you and His blood covers your sins if you will believe in Him. Confess your sin, trust in Jesus to forgive and save you. Thats it. You dont need to cross reference, you dont need to go round the world, or read a dozen books on it. If you trust the Lord to save you then you don't have to be concerned with hell.

If Christ paid the penalty for sin...which according to some is eternal damnation and torture....shouldn't he still be there?

Because God told us He gave us teachers for a reason. Why was Phillip sent to the eunuch in the cart? Why did Pricilla and Aquila take Apollos to their house? I think those people in our lives might often be the way the Holy Spirit teaches us.

If you want to judge my every jot and tittle then by all means go for it. I merely go by what I have been taught by the Lord himself. Sorry that you do not feel peachy. I speak frankly and not all will like me for that. They cannot hear my tone but instead they get offended. My day is blessed. I enjoy discussing the word. How is yours?

This is not necessarily hell though is it?, I mean, if one is tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the lamb as you state then holy angels and the Lamb are in hell? presence can mean in the attendance or company of or even immediate vicintiy?.
And another angel, a third, followed them, saying with a loud voice, "If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, he also will drink the wine of God's wrath, poured full strength into the cup of his anger, and he will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name."
(Rev 14:9-11)
As I state? It is Scripture...God's Word not mine. Call it what you will, Scripture says, '...he will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night,...'

No, the angels and the Lamb are no more in hell than the wicked are in heaven. We are dealing with dimensions that are beyond our experience.

Proverbs 16:9The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps.

God will direct us in the way that we should go. Asking just anyone on our own understanding is very dangerous.

Proverbs 19:21
Many plans are in a man's heart, But the counsel of the LORD will stand.
