i called claims dept of an insurance company. as i was talking to CSR, asking questions because i didn't understand why certain services didn't get paid,
the call disconnected....
or she hung up on me.
so i called back, and another CSR got my call. he checked things, and according to what he read, the claim was processed incorrectly.
so how is it that the first CSR said it was processed correctly, but the 2nd CSR said it wasn't?
i know they just read things off a computer, but still. lol
