Depende sa Pastor mo yan f strict de pwede pero f d nman pwede. Pero mas mainam na kasal sana muna kayo para mas Ok. Pero naman f mag isa kana at nang iyong anak, pwede na sa bagay ung child muna naman ang subject at di ikaw o ung kinakasama mo. Hope helps

Di pumayag ung pastor namin eh...kinuwento ko sa kanya ung situation...di na cguro tlga kmi pwede ikasal kc di ma-igrant ung annulment sa kanya...he was married before then he found out that his wife is a lesbian...tpos nagkita kmi is after 2 yrs n clang hiwalay.…nagfile n cya ng annulment noon pa before kmi nagkakilala...pero di tlga magrant...di ko alam nung una na ganun ang situation...nung una di ko pa tlga maisip na seryosohin cya...but one day his sister talked to me and ayun kinuwento nya ung past nya...nung narinig ko ung kwento that's when I decided to stay with him...I prayed for a baby girl and God blessed us one... Wala naman problem sa ex wife nya kc me asawa na rin cya,they got married abroad kc di naman pwede ang same sex marriage sa pinas...we've been living in for 13 yrs and have 3 kids...ung 2 wala naman problema dati nong dinedicate...ngaun lng tlga...di ko maikwento sa husband ko ung sinabi nung pastor...Alam ko namang kasalanan sa Diyos ang pagsasama ng hindi kasal...but hindi ko kayang makipaghiwalay sa asawa ko kc ayoko ng broken family...kung family nga ang tawag sa min...pwede kaya kmi maghanap ng ibang church? O pabayaan ko n lng na di madedicate ung anak namin?
Children don't need to be dedicated to God. They usually do get baptized though, but your parents don't need to be married in order to get it done.

In order to dedicate a Baby, please read what Apostle Paul tells us in I Corinthians 7 verse 14
"For the UNBELEIVING husband is SANCTIFIED By the ( BELEIVING) Wife, and the UNBELEIVING wife, is sanctified by the ( BELEIVING) Husband: ELSE WERE YOUR CHILDREN UNCLEAN; BUT NOW THEY ARE HOLY".
So what we read here is one of the two parents must be a Biblical proved Repentant, Born again sinner, a child of Jesus.
If both Parents are unsaved sinners, and not in Church doing God's will, then dedicating a newborn or a young baby/child is simply useless. It would be a "Feel Good" for family and friends only. Each person born with a soul, has a choice..(Do it God's only way) or do it Some other way, and the wrong way. It simply means if a child dies before they are old enough to Know right from wrong, and decide to follow God, and get converted, Until that day, they will die lost forever, UNLESS one of the two parents is a Beleiver.

That is absolutely not true. If a child dies before being able to know right from wrong, and being able to follow God, that baby does NOT "die lost forever". Babies don't need to be baptized, anyway. They aren't at the age of being able to profess that Jesus is their Savior, so it's useless to baptize a baby. Babies who die before the age of accountability, do not die lost. They return to heaven to be with God.

Not true, how? The Bible teaches God is no respector of Persons...Male, Female, Young, Old, Baby's, etc. He owns all the Souls of every person Past, Present, and future.
Ever read the OT Where God sent The Children of Israel to seize Places like Jericho, and they were told to slay every man woman and child. Then in other stories, God would command the Baby girls would be saved, for his own reasons.

Hindi magandang idea ang humanap ng ibang church. Your Pastor ay hindi ko pangunahan. Meron po wisdom ang mga pastor na wala sa atin na mga miyembro. Ask ko lan sa ano bang church ka napadalo? Ciguro, illuhod sa Panginoon yan, seek His Guidance, maging active sa inyong church, ipakita mo ang support mo sa Pastor at church. Marahil meron tayong dapat na mapulot na aral dito. Although you must also seek a legal counsel on what to do with regarding hiwalayan ng dati nyang asawa which so happen lesbian kamo. Tapos mahirap mo hiwalayan ang kinakasama mo to think mahirap ang broken family kamo. Well, ito po yung kadalasan na problema ng maraming Pnoy ngunit ang payo ay, sundin lan ang iyong pastor. God knows your heart, your desire pero di pa ciguro TIME ng Diyos that your child be dedicated.

I never mentioned Baptism, I was stating about a Baby "Dedication" . True, children under about 8 years old do not need Baptism...Read what Jesus himself stated in Mark 16 verse 16:
" He that BELEIVES, AND IS BAPTIZED SHALL BE SAVED. But he that Beleivethe not, shall be damned".
Young Children, cannot understand, or truly Beleive on Matters of Baptism or grasping the meaning.

As I see it on your post, that's assuming both parents are unsaved= dedication is not ok
assuming 1 parent is saved = dedication is ok since it is sanctified by the believing partner
assuming both parents recently saved = dedication is ok since they got saved.
assuming further that both parents, not legally married but later saved = dedication is _______?

Thank you po sa mga reply nyo dami ko po natutunan...and ang dami ko pong questions...di ko na po babanggitin kung ano ung church naming...pero po mahigit 5 yrs na po akong member and was baptized 4 yrs ago...alam naman po nung nung nagdisciple sa kin ung situation namin...ung "husband" ko is may nagdidisciple n rin pero di pa cya baptized...ask ko lng...ok lng bang umattend kmi ng church Kahit we know that everyone knows that we are sinners..di naman po kc nmin sinisikreto ung sitwasyon nmin lalo na sa group...and I believe that they never judged us naman...we are continually praying for the annulment and searching ways para makasal...kaso puro illegal ang lumalapit sa min...minsan out of desperation naisip na naming patulan kaso di pa rin nmin tinuloy kc mga panibagong kasalanan na naman un... Mag wait n lng kmi...cguro naman bago kmi magsenior citizen eh makakasal rin kami...
We are saved by grace, through faith, not by baptism or getting dedicated to the Lord. Children do NOT need to get dedicated to the Lord, that's not even in the bible.

Child dedication is more for the parents because the church body promises to help raise the child into a godly person. They promise to include the child into their hearts and count them as part of the Family of God.
It is also when the parents entrust the congregation with their child and is asking for that help for the family to grow.
Some congregations will accept unmarried couples into their fold and others won't.
Biblically if you made a child together, you are already "joined as one flesh" and married in God's eyes, why not make it official?
Adultery and divorce are different topics though.
If an unbelieving spouse leaves, then the believer is free.

I disagree that your saved simply by Grace alone. If you read every Chapter and Book in the New Testament you will discover we are Saved by simply his grace alone. We must obey and the teachings put forth by Jesus through his Original Apostles. We must follow the doctrine they taught (I Timothy 4 verse 16) and yes, we must be Water Baptized to also be saved..Read I Peter 3 verses 20-21 KJV.

No,you do not need to be water baptized to be saved. That is false doctrine. The thief on the cross wasn't baptized but Jesus said he would be with Him in paradise.
