There are some of the anti-grace crowd from some other threads that got deleted that I wish would read this, and also any believers, myself included, who tend to lose this focus and message at times, and need a refreshing, renewing reminder of the love and grace and once-for-all gift of Jesus, and the joy of salvation in Him. Yes Amen. I feel so rested, How beautiful are the feet of those who bring the good news... My beautiful brother (Grace777) has really helped me. I praise God for his life. Beautiful heart that he has.. Full of the Love of our Lord. Let's all continue as one to pray for one another that we would know the length and breadth and height and depth of his love... Mormons and jw's look nothing like Christianity even from a distance.. It's all works... What is it about grace that you don't agree with? Freedom? Forgiveness of sins? His love lavished upon you? The understanding that you are his precious beloved daughter, the only one of your kind? I pray you would see that.. He loves you Lynn so so so much.. xxx

I don't believe God will cast you off if you miss a few prayer sessions, but prayer is a good way for us to stay in touch with God. I believe one sincere prayer in a week is better than 7 insincere and repetitious prayers in a week. God knows our hearts. :)

I already answered your question and your scenario in another thread, the same scenario you are trying to catch other people with whom you dislike, the Pharisees did the same with Jesus. Why do you ask us for advice when you do not believe the words we say anyway? And since you already stated you do not believe a person can lose salvation by ongoing sin, which is not doing God's will, then why are you asking me and others in the first place? Unless of course you have another agenda. Hmmm :)

.....my agenda is to qualify what is the "will of God" for going to heaven so that when we have discussions we can have healthy ones knowing what is actually being meant by the "will of God" for going to heaven..

I am trying to bring to light that to "do the will of God" needs to be qualified in the context of the finished work of Christ for salvation as in going to heaven to be with Him when we die.

For example ; this is the will of God for salvation and going to be with the Lord:

John 6:39-40 (KJV)
[SUP]39 [/SUP] And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.

[SUP]40 [/SUP] And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

The Will of the Father is to believe on Jesus.

1 John 3:23-24 (NASB)
[SUP]23[/SUP] This is His commandment, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us.

Father in heaven THANK YOU, LORD, for the inspiration and good feeling I'm getting here as I read these posts, and the reality of your love and grace, your mercy and forgiveness, come in a fuller realization to me while reading and getting inspired.

Thank you for JennaLeanne sharing that testimony with us, it's really moving, and thank you for so many more that have been lifting up your Word of salvation by grace thru faith in you, Jesus, and the reality that we can rest and rejoice in you because of the great things you've done and done for US, Lord, it's just incredible.

Father, please bless Jenna as she continues to share your good news and rejoice in you, and thank you, Lord for Grace7's and his dedication to getting the gospel out in spite of much opposition.

It is the spiritual wickedness in the world that infect us in the world. We need deliverance from the evil spirits of the world that we have been infested with since birth, and live a life holy and separated away from the world in quiet and peace and walk in the newness of life to rid ourself of the evil strongholds this world gives us.

So, those people that are still walking after the flesh like the ones below.....where do they go as far as going to heaven or hell?..it looks like in your "application" of the scriptures....these ones would not go to heaven.

What about when Jesus said to "Go preach the gospel in Jerusalem, then Judea, Samaria. What if people didn't obey that command of Jesus and go to Jerusalem to preach first? Would they go to hell too with the other people above for not obeying this command?

Do we need to interpret Jesus' words and different commands depending on context and in light of His death on the cross and His resurrection and what that all means to us now? I say Yes!

My whole reason for all this is to show that there is more to the doing the "will of God" for salvation and going to heaven then meets the casual eye when quoting scripture.

This is clearly outlined in scripture.

We are not perfect but we are being perfected...at this point we are walking out our salvation...that means that the journey will have pitstops, potholes, and purposeful sin acts..but that doesn't mean we lose our salvation....by sinning it does cause us to miss out on fellowship with the father and live a defeated life...but never lose our salvation..he says. For whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved...that's what he said and I believe him..he's not a man that he should lie...or the son of man that he should repent..that's a promise with only one condition..and that's to call on his name....

Our Born Again life begins when we out of DEEP LOVE HIM, surrender complete control to HIM as LORD AND MASTER, by the Power of the Holy Spirit.
Walking in HIM is when we are continually yielding that control to Jesus in our lifestyle.
