You both (and many others) appear to have this so wrong... probably because you take it so personally.
You are not attacked, in any way, because you choose to believe grace was not a gift freely given to us by God, that does not have to be paid for by our efforts.. You catch flack because you cannot defend your position without calling people of God preaching the same message Paul preached, the dirtiest names you can think of. (And many, many names DO seem to come easily to your lips.)
Why can't you disagree without disparaging?

If the topic has been changed to name-calling by people along with the Op about another member of the body of Christ..ie..JP.
I'll just pop in to add that I have myself been called ( and I have seen others called these names too but I will let them speak for themselves if they choose ) many different names here in BDF by "senior members"
Names I have been personally called are :
"satanic, demonic, false teacher and prophet, someone that likes to sin all the time, a hater of God's word, an evil worker, that I love to be disobedient to Jesus...
One who I won't name so that he is not embarrassed even changed my name to "greasy-gracist777x70" along with a few other choice renditions from time to time.
Let's just give the scriptures out that state our case and walk on from each other. Sometimes it's in our delivery of our message that turns people off too. I'm sure we can all grow in how to do that as that is what I am attempting to do.
So, name-calling has happened but hopefully we can all learn to respect each other and to just a agree to disagree in some things. Let's just let it go and carry on in the love and respect for each other now.

How in the world do you get me taking anything "personally" when my comment is simply stating observations I see in these threads? Where is there any hint of emotion or me being upset at all in my comment? Can you please point it out. You seem to get emotional anytime you see me comment, I think because they hit too close to the mark for you. You deny even the biggest and most important points of what Christianity even is, and go on with this "Who are you to judge, God is ONLY love (and not just and merciful as well), and we should accept anyone or anything that even has Christ name in it no matter what they teach", all while judging others for being judgmental. Dude 71 years on this earth and you are one of the most confused and misunderstanding "Christians" I've ever come across. Your "wisdom" doesn't really pull much weight with me when concerning Christian matters when you deny that Jesus took our due and VERY just punishment from a Holy God so that we can take His righteousness and be reconciled and He can indwell us. You want to claim God is ONLY love, yet deny His most loving and merciful act. I pray every night that He will bring you to Truth.

the prosperity Jesus was teaching had noting to do with earthly wealth. He taught not to spend your life storing up possessions.
Jesus and the 12 - traveled on foot, relied on others for food and a place to sleep.
prosperity teachers - travel by private jet, drive Mercedes Benz and live in million dollar mansions. they need a private jet for their busy schedule, and i thought all things were possible in Christ.

Honestly, I thought I was just the mouse to their cat -- something to play with until it gets boring. "Nothing personal." And, as the mouse, I'm just hoping they get bored before I get broken. (Of course, they don't really get I AM broken but God has my back, and I've got relentless determination. This mouse has teeth and knows where the nest of other mice is. I'll keep doing this to protect the nest.)
