I can't really share what I saw a few nights ago...it was something like this...it was this in fact...but so much better in person. The only way to describe it, was an atmospheric phenomenon...and that is not easy to capture...especially when you are not set up for it and not expecting it. Grabbed the old Nikon anyway and shot through an upstairs window.
Guess you had to be there as they say. That's the sun, setting, over the water. Us artist types have a need to try and show everyone else what we saw and what we felt. It's who we are. Not unlike God trying to show everyone His love and feelings...but on a way smaller scale. God is a Creator...the most marvelous One and on a tiny scale, we want to do the same. Call me weird, but I feel so much when I experience something so beautiful as this sunset was. Thank you Father God.
