My heart is full and my soul is satisfied in my God. He planted the heavens and fathomed the furthest reaches of creation. He set in bonds the elements he created. I have a need to talk about "The Song of Songs". I have read it through several times (If you have never red it through in one sitting you don't know what you are missing).

It is a writing of three paths and a journey taken by the bride searching for her groom, glimpses of her lover were like myrrh dripping from the door handle, of the door to your very you. All she wants to do is drown in the essence of her lover but he's gone and she has to start searching again running about in urgency and coming across a couple of city guards on night patrol, not wanting any trouble or if there was they would finish it before it started.

They beat her and sent her away but the glimpses of the groom and the vision of The bridegrooms appearance as He skips over the hill singing the praises of his love for his bride, means she cant stop looking and searching for Him. Not to earn His love but in response to it, she is captivated by His beauty and His strength, she loves Him and wants nothing More that to entwine herself with her lover, . . but He is pulled from her grasp again.

Have a look, takes about an hour and a half, may be two to do, its a bit saucy, it's evocative, its beautiful and enriching it shows the love Jesus has for us, for His Church, and it reflects the life of love, from the love it receives.

And there is a third party in this play or drama action, 'friends', friends that ply with "Good intentions" and poke their nose in and start saying what was on their mind taking no heed of anyone else's mind. Its a good read and good story a great love affair and its true.

Luna was six months old when I got her. My daughter insisted that I had lived alone long enough after my previous cat went to frolic in the wild green yonder. It really had only been four months... but getting a slightly older cat was much better than dealing with the admittedly highly entertaining antics of kittens... still, two years later, she is highly amusing in how she flies around my apartment, and tries to grab my shoe laces when I am getting ready for work etc. Haha I need to get a newer pic of her :p She is not a big cat, and her fur is slightly darker now, across her back :)

She is a beautiful cat. My Samantha was similar to your kitty.

Going to focus on the word tonight and journal for a bit, the experience should be relaxing.
I haven't really been feeling very loved and respected lately but God is pushing me forward into being mature about it and to just work through it and to have faith. The only validation I need is through Him, and Jesus loves me very much.
My grandmother also passed this early morning and I was planning on going down to southern Illinois this weekend right after I lost my job but my father was being very rude to me and treating me like garbage so I just stayed home looking for work again.

Focus time.

Thank you. I tell people that "Luna" is short for "Lunatic" :D She was so sweet and demure and relaxed when I first got her, haha, it took a couple of weeks for her true personality to come out. She is a rescue kitty :) Because of her Asian heritage (Blue Point), she does things like bite all the time. She will bite anything. I try to discourage her biting me, but two years in there is really not much let up. I understand it is part of who she is, and a little gnawing on my knuckles is an acceptable form of affection. Sometimes she will bite once or twice and then start licking. I figure she is tenderizing me. Also I am glad I got her and not some family with small children, for obvious reasons. She is quite affectionate, though, and loves to be cuddled. She sits waiting patiently while I fix her breakfast and dinner, and allows me to clip her nails with no problem, now, after a few false starts. I thought I got her in June, but it was the end of June, not the beginning. My daughter kept her at her place over the first weekend. Luna had worms and needed to be vet checked. My daughter works as a vet assistant. :) Luna also eventually had a five hundred dollar operation to remove a tumor from her left ear base. She has a rather large, mostly flat tumor in her right ear still. If it were to be removed, pretty much the whole ear would have to go. There is no need for that at this point, so it is being left alone for now.

so remember how i used to talk all the time about walking the treadmill?

i don't even remember the last time i used it.

i was thinking about walking it yesterday, but instead, i ate chinese food.

i'm thinking about it today.

i really need to get back to exercising.

i haven't gained any weight, but i haven't lost any either lol.
Eating a few slices of pizza may help you get your mind off the treadmill. You can do the treadmill tomorrow or next week.

In a better mood now than I was yesterday. I just hate it whenever my parents get into their little tiffs.

Anyways, been feeling a little bored of a few things lately. Mostly just of my typical pastime of playing video games and my daily duty of studying. I try to be not lazy, I know it can be tedious and I study my stuff almost every day. But, I sometimes just need a break from it all. Nothing wrong with a cool down period every now and again, right?

I can say though my frequent reading did inspire a new potential interest for me. The Sherlock Holmes series. I'm currently reading Hound of the Baskervilles. Love it so far. Maybe a new hobby would do me some good, I think I spend a little too much time on the computer anyhow.

(this may be patently obvious to the most causal observer but... not i!)

what did you find?
I am glad you asked. It is such a sad story. I think it was last week, I opened a brand new jar of organic mayonnaise, it was a large jar and cost me twelve dollars. I left it out overnight, to find it on my desk the next morning after using it in my dinner the night before. So I went shopping and bought another large jar of mayonnaise. This time, not organic, and not twelve dollars, but store brand and large. Ahem. So... there it was on my desk this morning after I used it for my dinner last night. At least I got to use this one twice before it went sailing down the garbage chute :(

Here is a pretty song for you :D

Hello everyone! I started walking on my heel today, and it has made life a lot easier. I am still using the crutches for balance. There is still some pain at the incision site, but that is probably more pulling from the stitches. Just 10 days to get them out! When I put it that way, it seems like forever!

If you haven't heard this already, my RA is doing much better. The biologic I am on - Arava, was supposed to work by 6 months. So I hit 9 months, and suddenly I was pretty much making it the whole week between shots. Only 50% longer than it was supposed to take! My usual slow response to everything! So I am grateful to all who have prayed for me. I think without prayer, the medicine probably would have never worked. I still have some hand tendonitis, but maybe that will subside?

It has been a long 16 months since Simponi failed, and now the surgery, but I am just happy to be back on track, more or less. Having support from everyone has been essential. Even if I do spend too much time on those "other" threads in the BDF and not here! LOL

You know I am always here in spirit. With a lower case letter! LOL

It's HEEL......TOE.......HEEL.........TOE........KICK

HEEL..........TOE...........HEEL...........

(uh, no, wait, that's line dancing.......sigh........never mind)
