Ghandi "I like your Christ, I do not like your christians, Your christians are so unlike your Christ"
This sounds profound but is simply a dismissive response to Christ himself, and judgementalism against a certain group of christians.

The reason why some christians use this, is not as an encouragement to be more Christ like, but to be more worldly so they do not hate us as much. The core message behind hyper-grace is rules do not matter, do not condemn sin, just love the sinner and heap blessings on them and they will come into the kingdom, rather than in reality you are turning the church into the world and denying what love, righteousness and purity really mean.

Now it is blasphemy to say we are little gods. It is blasphemy to claim our words have command authority on their basis alone.

But the fact anyone saying blasphemy is a crime in their eyes, rather than, this is shocking that people should blaspheme the name of the Lord and impute Gods authority and power on mortal man. It is this very blasphemy the pharisees wanted to kill Jesus for, except he was God. And they were right, it is blasphemy if you are not God himself.

The arrogance of these people cannot get much higher when a teacher can say anything because he is a teacher, not the truth matters above respect or position. Do you not see what they are doing and claiming and yet also say they know the Lord. There is no bigger sign of heresy and walking away from the truth than this. A wolf in sheeps clothing, and many here who I would have called brothers and sisters have fallen for it all, without a moments notice, not even a blink of the eye.

And does sin or repentance come to their mind? Do they think that the Lord is not grieved and angry at such arrogance and self interest?

The fact that they regard this merely as a religious response, rather than reality shows the depths of their delusion and rebellion. But this rebellion has to become complete, and its fruit made plain before judgement falls. All sin leads to death, and when death comes, still they will not admit their rebellion, as it says in revelations,

The rest of mankind who were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the work of their hands; they did not stop worshiping demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood—idols that cannot see or hear or walk.

The imperatives are equally true. E.g "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved."
Amen to that..

The indicative (because God so loved the world and gave his son to die for it)
The imperative (have faith in Gods provision and his promise)
result (and be saved)

The indicative (I have loved you and saved you and given you eternal life)
The Imperative (praise God with thanksgiving and love others as I have loved you)
the result (peace that surpasses all understanding)

there are so so many more..

You use ideas like you understand what you are saying.

So let me get this right, You know me betyter than I know myself? Wow dude..

A christian is washed clean, and unless they sin is being righteous and walking in righteousness.
They are clean no matter what, Because the blood of Jesus washed them,
In their flesh, they are dead because of sin, because they are not perfect.

The stupidity of your language
ok dude, thats enough! do you see this mods? I am done reporting people. But this is for the birds, and is very unchristlike

They are clean no matter what, Because the blood of Jesus washed them,
In their flesh, they are dead because of sin, because they are not perfect.
Now let me put this simply for you to understand.

You believe our flesh makes us sinful, no matter what Jesus has done, we are sinners in our nature, in who we are, doomed to hell, because "sin" cannot be washed out of us.

You try and hide this belief in others words, but you do not realise this is not how concepts work. A concept is described by words but not limited by them. You use words to form its meaning and boundary.

Saying Jesus washes the believer clean through faith and repentance, means they are 100% clean, not only their spirits are clean, but their bodies also. If their bodies are not clean, that is failure. We are interwoven with our bodies, our brains and who we are. Where one ends and the other begins we do not know. How do I know this? Mental illness, chemical imbalances in the brain that cause major shifts in personality, relationship and interaction.

This is why I call your language and way of attacking me stupid. Because it denies the foundation of good communication or even the subjects being discussed. It is why I have given up engaging with you, because nothing matters other than using your position and bias to simply attack another. I would also suggest that it is not how you use your language that reflects your issues, but it probably reflects on who you are.

You said I thought of myself as way above you. I do not regard myself as other than a follower of Jesus. I am a sinner saved by grace, walking in righteousness and purity. As a believer I hope and pray you understand Jesus, but have consistently failed to respond to issues and things that break my heart. So however you appear in discussions, or say what you believe and then avidly deny it, suggests to me confusion and denial, not standing for positions or fully appreciating them. So I wish you well, and hope you can grow to see truth and belief matter, knowing what a sinner is and is not make salvation real or a delusion. Unfortunately to me I believe you hold to a delusion, which logically I have torn down.

As others have said, you appear to be a gnostic, which is not a christian position to take, and by its nature condemns me to hell and delusion for believing righteousness exists through Christ for believers to actually live and walk in.

I fail to see how Gandi's "oh so famous" statement is so beloved by those who purport to be Christians. Yet, many hold him up as their patron saint, even tho he claimed "he could never be able to fully accept Christ being the Son of God, since he believed Krishna was also the son of God." It's in his autobiography..check it out. Very telling who your heroes are ya know?

.

Unfortunately Gandhi is just revealing the truth of what he sees in some Christians. If someone in the world was to see this foul thread and how we love to rip apart others in the body of Christ because they see a truth differently then we do - they wouldn't want to have anything to do with Christ.

So. Gandhi is not a "patron saint" as is false accused but is indicative of what people in the world see in some of us Christians.

Please stop. why do you even bother? Your going to put my thoughts so I CAN UNDERSTAND?

Where did I say our flesh makes us sinful?

Why do you think you are allowed to twist every word anyone says to you? it would be one thing if you were asking a question because you did not understand but you have proven over and over that is not the case,

If your not going to even make one small humble step to try to get to know what someone believes, then why are you here? I am asking with all honesty..

As others have said, you appear to be a gnostic, which is not a christian position to take, and by its nature condemns me to hell and delusion for believing righteousness exists through Christ for believers to actually live and walk in.
Others do not even know what gnosticism is, it is just their strawman, And now your going to go that rout?

Again I ask, WHY ARE YOU HERE?

Again it is the Holy Spirit who empowers by opening our understanding to His Word whether it be in the indicative or imperative. He also empowers us to perform that which He sets in our heart.

for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.
(Php 2:13)
Of course it is the Holy Spirit that does the work in us as we behold the glory of the Lord in a mirror. Think about what a mirror does and it will help to see that we see Jesus being reflected back to ourselves.

Cee wasn't saying anything is done "without" the Holy Spirit. After all He is called the Spirit of truth so the word and the Spirit go together.

This accusation that people hate something rather than oppose it is always the lowest form of accusation.
To the reader, I love EG, but over many months he dedicated his mission to tear me down as a legalist, to expose me as evil in my intent to burden people with the law.

I came to cc to share one thing alone, Jesus loves us and came to empower us to walk a Children of the Living God, in love and humbleness.

And for this the hyper-grace group called me possessed, evil, a work of the enemy. Some even said love was old fashioned, implying they were beyond this.

When challenged to define their beliefs long discussions on sin is forgiven for the whole world were gone into.
Judgement for works alone was their conclusion, or the unpardonable sin left was of not believing Christ is the saviour.

Rather than being honest about these doctrinal positions we now have the idea we "hate". It is hard to "hate" if God has put love in your heart. The real problem is these people have lost the argument, but in the end resort to personal attacks and calling that this is un-christ like behaviour.

So my answer is Praise the Lord,

Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

That has been my experience. He loves to point the finger, and refuses to apologize when openly shown that his accusations have no basis. He seems to simply want to maintain a position that allows him to continue with his accusations. Case in point:

oh so your perfect. You have become sinless. If not. then he was right, and you can not reach that possibility.

If so. Please say yes, then I will apologize.

If not. Then you just wasted your time trying to prove me wrong..

Talking to muslims

A muslim group were opposed by an non-believer in a university setting.

There first words were "the only reason you are opposing us is because you hate islam."

This was a deep insult and accusation of bias that to oppose anyone so good you must be motivated by hate.

So here is EG using the same argument. What a sad day for a "christian" to resort to the tactic of Gods enemies.

Interesting point. I think Grace7x77 you are proving that a lot of what you regard as the body of Christ is heretical and lost.

You think this civil war is something that you are a victim of rather than its creator.

What Angela woke up to, is this mixing of truth and error as the gnostics did, destroys the body of Christ if you want to let those who are enquiring come into the church and search for realities.

What is becoming clear to me, other than the sheep all else will leave. The great apostacy is here, in all its fullness.
And it is only possible because of the great wealth this society has that can mask real life issues and morality.

There you go with your mind saying things I did not say. I honestly don't have a clue how your mind comes up with this nonsense about the majority of the body of Christ is heretical and lost.

I'm talking about those that rip apart others in the body of Christ...only some do that and it breeds others to do the same thing. Bad company corrupts.

What I regard Peter, is people that go by the name of Christian and are so un-Christ-like in their behavior especially to our own in the body of Christ and people of the world see this foulness and maybe they end up rejecting Christ . But they in truth are not rejecting Christ - they are rejecting us because of our behavior of which this vile thread is a perfect example of the case in point.

It is obvious to me, one issue really divides people. What is sin? What is righteousness?

Your beliefs about this dictate what you think the Kingdom is or is not.
I do not imply any feelings towards people based on their positions, but I do not appreciate people saying I am lying or being evil, or putting words into their mouths, when they refuse to define what they believe, simply because they know it will not stand up. I believe in honesty and integrity, letting people have their chance, and then making a judgement on what they are saying. This is what it means to be a Berean.

If you agree with this approach, then share why you believe what you believe. That is all we are called to do. It is called walking in the light. But hyper-grace do not appear to want to do this, which indicates the opposite of what they claim to stand for. Only those who walk in the light, love the light, it is that simple.

Peter many us on here have told you things and you continually twisted them. We have told you things over 100x times as you still say people say the opposite of what they are saying. It's pretty frustrating to converse with some one that does that.

I personally feel like going through this stuff all over again with you like I look forward to a migraine. When some one continually "twists" what you say after you tell them things over 100x times.....something is wrong in Denmark!

Why don't you show some humility and try to find out what people really believe Peter?

Is it that hard?

You made 5 claims that I believe this (is it more or less? I lost count lately) in just the past few days.. Yet you could not even humble yourself enough to admit you made a mistake.. You kept on adding more false accusations of my belief, You called my language STUPID (and you scream about how christians should act???, You just proved what I said about this thread being closed to be true)

Again I ask, Why do you bother coming here? It is obvious you have no desire to learn what people believe so you can learn yourself.. so why??

That Ghandi image/meme that he posted is from the escapefromreality website. Their whole shtick is a passive-aggressive condemnation of Christians who don't follow hyper grace dogma, like that Ghandi picture communicated. It's baked into hyper grace doctrine. I will admit, though, that I do not see Prince engaging in this kind of passive-aggressive warfare against other Christians. That is to his credit.

Grace7x77 Now to the superficial reader this reads sensibly, except it is a lie.
The words "nonsense" which is derogatory and secondly "majority" which I never said. You are actually the minority, but represent a form of faith that I would call "unchristian" and "heretical".

Why you think you have a platform other than than "good" feeling you put about by not bringing up any difficult issues. It takes a great talent to complement and link inane ideas and not deal with real life issues that matter.

But I do recognise this skill, developed as a minister over many years but not put to good purpose. It is obvious to me that so many will never change, and they are close but appear to be hard in their hearts, so though the words appear to be inspired by God, they are probably not sheep at all, but another christian splinter group.
