One teaspoon of coconut oil twice a day is really healthy for your skin. It can be eaten straight out of the container.

And, if you are having problems with rough feet, the solid coconut oil rubbed into your feet will make them soft as a baby's behind in only one or two days. I was amazed after only one application

My wife has been using it for "oil pulling" for about four months, now.

Thanks. I've never had any problems with rough feet, but will take your advice if I ever need to.

Coco oil is good is you have constipation. But please use only one T spoon per day, not two.

Also coco water is the best beverage you can drink on a hot day. It will really cool you down. :)

I've heard experts say two is fine although you should spread your proportions out during the day. Afterall, two teaspoons back to back is quite nasty.

That's for sure.

You may also want to use sweet coconut cream in your pastries, cake, and muffin recipes. It adds much flavor and natural sweetening.

It tastes weird to me, but it's worth it. Is that a tattoo in your picture?

Glad i'm not the only needle-phobic. Though i'm not quite that bad. Even after having 100s of sticks in the past few years i am not much better than i used to be.

I had my fresh coconut juice ysterday. It was so irresistible when i saw a bunch of newly delivered nuts being sold on the roadside.

I love coconut water, with pulp. It has few calories, electrolytes, and tastes better than Gatorade.. :)

I just tried coco water. It doesn't taste that great, but I guess good health comes at a price.
