It is abundantly clear that you have no idea what is really being said...you really should look up what grace believers actually do say...and not the heresy hunters which "twist" what is being said.....

What you have described here is a "relationship" In fact a "love relationship" where you recognize the heart issue of a 'sin' and that it was actually either doubting or not trusting Christ for His promise of complete provision for you., and so you are (quick) to resolve this. You have an understanding of sin being a selfish journey to meet your own needs apart from God and so you repent, agreeing with God that He is your life and without Him you will fail and can do nothing BUT fail without Him.
So you get right back to where you belong (in agreement) with Him and the relationship is back on target again because you are back on target again. God didn't move, He was always right there keeping the relationship all along loving you without stopping. So yet again when knowing that truth of His unceasing love for you., the love and appreciation and thankfulness for Jesus grows all the more for the great and wonderful gift of this salvation He gave. We can't help but fall down and worship Him with so much JOY and gratefulness.
Grace is the kind of love God has for us. His love does not stop based on our behavior or stupidity. We fail to be smart all the time and God knows this and made provision for us as we walk this earth in these "earth suits"
I wish people would realize how much they NEED the knowledge of the love of God IN Christ. We NEED it to be able to move on IN Him. We need to have full assurance that He will never stop loving us. God made us to seek out that love and He will meet it 100% without fail. We fail but He never fails. He keeps this relationship and we learn to follow Him more closely in it each day. He is the leader. He teaches us how it all works.
We love Him because He first loved us.

My word you are hard work.. Why on Earth do you think it's okay to tell a person who and what they believe in and why that aren't forgiven.. It's ridiculous
When John says if we confess our sins He is faithful to forgive us he is talking about conversion. This why he says if we say we are not without sin (have no need of Jesus) the truth is not in us. This Scripture trips people up because just a few verses later he says that I write to you so you may not sin. The way some people interpret John and Paul makes them sound confused and conflicting themselves.
Hyper grace lie started by Joseph Prince (from what I've read), because his whole doctrine falls apart without this falsehood.

More nonsense....Here is a believer that came to the realization that 1 John 1:7 cleansed all sin away. There is the need for 1 John 1:8-10 for those that say there no such thing as sin such as the gnostics did. There was no sin they said.
Sometimes we think some truths are new but in reality they are not. Here is someone back in the 1800's that had a "heretical" understanding of grace in the form of our sins being forgiven.
I was reading this morning about a hymn writer from the 1800's called Frances Ridley Havergal. She wrote many hymns and knew Latin, French, German, Greek and Hebrew. She also knew by heart the 4 gospels, epistles and the book of Revelation by the time she was 23 years old - yet she still lived in total defeat. She thought she had "great wickedness in her heart" - because of religious traditions taught to her.
It wasn't until she was reading in the Greek that the present tense was used for 1 John 1:7 ...His blood cleanseth us from all sin".
She realized all her sins were forgiven by the blood of Jesus and thus she believed it and experienced peace and joy in her life because of this truth.
Here is a direct quote:
" Have we not been limiting 1 John 1:7 , by practically making it refer only to "remission of sins that are past" instead of taking the grand simplicity of "cleanseth from all sin"?
"All" is all; and as we may trust Him to cleanse us from the stain of past sins so we may trust Him to cleanse us from all present defilement; yes, all!
By refusing to take 1 John 1:7 in it's fullness, we will lose the fullness of it's application and power in our lives. It goes on cleansing , and I have no words to tell how my heart rejoices in it."
She got the revelation that all her sins were forgiven because she was in Christ and in the Light. She was able to walk free in Christ from that point on. Today she would be called a "hyper-grace" heretic by some.
Believing the true gospel will change us as we grow in His grace.

I know what is being said by the false grace teachers, and so do you, but instead of believing what the Bible says, you believe the false grace teachers.
John is writing to warn the church of false teachers that were among them.. See how adresses them in the beginning v1 "That which was from the beginning, which we have heard" Among the believer's were 3 different types of false teaching.. v6-8 Because the were infecting the church with the the message that they didn't need forgiveness because there was no sin in them and there never had been.. They were encouraging sin. So John was writing this letter to them to put them back onto the path of what they first believed. 1 John 1:9 Is where he is explaining that we are all in need of a saviour because we all sin and when we confess then Jesus forgives us..
I think all of us on this thread believe that don't we? The argument here is that people are using the scripture to say that we need to keep confessing to keep being forgiven... That's just not what this is saying at all... It's a man made doctrine and doesn't line up with the gospel...

It's not me telling them, They are telling themselves what they believe, and they know [Not repenting] isn't scriptural.
I'm just stating the facts.
I'll stand before God with my belief in the finished work of Christ and His blood will have taken away all sin. I'm a "believer" in Christ. It will be what separates people from self-righteousness.
I will be like that man in the picture when I think of all those that refused to believe in what Christ has done for them.

such teachers are way out and do not follow the majority of full grace teachers who do teach sanctification as God's work subsequent to justification.
