I decided to start this thread because last night my cat left an overpowering odor in my home.
I then wanted to send my cat anywhere, just as long as the kitty was somewhere else.
Thus, where to send the cat.

Cats are infinitely more intelligent than humans. If you want to get along with your cat, you have to give it the best chair, the best bed, the best food, wait on it hand and foot …

Get the picture?

They wont go because they can hear the coyotes that live there.
Does anyone know a treatment for very smelly gas in cats?

You may have to change their diet?? I know our one cat, Ice Cream, used to be that way!! (when we first took her in....from a family who had abused her) and her ..doo doo...really, really smelled bad too!! I switched her a coupla times and now all she eats is Purina's "sensitive stomach" dry cat food...it really helped!!! Just an idea........good luck!!

'sensitive stomach' food for cats??? Man, ya'lls cats are spoiled!!! Ours get regular food and that's it.

Trust me......if you'd have smelled the smells we had been smelling throughout our whole house..you'd soon "spoil" your cat(s) too!!!! ANYthing to make that smell go away!!!! (I am allergic to cats......and have three of them still..so getting rid of them --or any one of them--is not in the picture....once we have a pet..it is loved!!!)

Thankyou nanabean, I think its the soft food we give them, when ever they stay with the dry all improves.
So Ill send the cat to the store to get the dry food.

LOL Cats are awesome. Mine highjacked my chair and then vomited in it the other day. I was like, "Oh, great... Thanks." My mom's cat recently got stuck in the wall of her apartment and she had to rip it apart to pull the frightened cat out. Another time my cat started biting me when I was folding my laundry and I had to fight her for my socks...

What would we do without them? :D As for your question, the only suggestion I can offer is tying one of those little tree car fresheners to your cat's collar... Sorry, that's all I got.
