Haha I have one of a cross and purple flowers. Gladioluses to be specific. It felt like a cat scratch, but I'm very pain tolerant. I felt it, but didn't react much. In addition, I have nine piercings I my ears. It used to be 13, but I let five of them close up.

I just tried coco water. It doesn't taste that great, but I guess good health comes at a price.
Perhaps because u just tried it... and did u get fresh or bottled/canned juice? Been drinking it since we were small, and the newly harvested is really diff.from those a few days old. Definitely tastes better than gatorade, wc i also saw from webmed, n lots more nutritious.
Here's another site ive been checking DVs from; sometimes i really am amazed how nutritious some foods are i neer knew to be, while others long been promoted were hardly comparable. And i'm hijacking ur coco oil thread btw-) because i am posting and maybe running off again. If fresh foods also have that Nut.facts label... But Nut.facts in packaged goods hardly say how much nutrition we get for often its just the calories, fat, sugar and a few vits. and minerals indicated...
Nuts, coconut water (liquid from coconuts) Nutrition Facts & Calories

I just saw coconut water/juice has only 6 g sugar/cup, 15% DV Mg, 10 Vit.C, 4 B6, 17 Mn, 6 Ca, 17 Potassium, 8 Riboflavin, 5 Phosphorus, more... (those are % DV, ok).

It was my first time trying it. I've never liked the taste of coconuts. I even tried the juice straight out of the fruit itself and still didn't like it. I don't even like the taste of coco oil, but eat it anyway lol. Maybe I just need to adjust to it, but either way I'm not going to stop.

Yes it's true, coconut oil is very effective and can be used as a natural therapy for your skin, body, health and many such more. I uses coconut oil as a moisturizer for my skin, my friend uses this oil as a massager for her skin. She applies coconut oil and then massages that part of skin with cellublue. She always used to say that coconut oil brings a smoothness and removes the stretch marks or any other issues of skin. And yes, I too agree with her, that this oil is very beneficial for your skin.

You may want to mix it with a bit of coco cream for added sweetness. Enjoy! :)

Get corn, wheat, glutton, and dairy out of your diet.. One hundred percent. Buy Himilayan salt and put a pinch under your tongue once a day.

Hah, what can u do when u lose a paragraph (again) after hitting a wrong key... Anyway, u try again to say that VCO has helped others deal with Candida, among the health problems. I cannot copy/paste but was reading esp the 2nd paragraph of the Candida portion here, and how think how ppl are so afraid of the healing rxns so mentioned, when there are in fact the same, or more side and after effects of synthtic drugs.

https://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/oils/health-benefits-of-coconut-oil.html

These sites normally do not post their sources/references but if u read thru, do u think/find that they deliberately want to fool others or profit from them? Do they not only want to share/educate others w/ knowledge they know or believe in, that others may find useful? Need we proofs or evidences from 10 yr or more of 'scientific' research when natives of various lands have been using them for more yrs than i know.

Science and med are good, but let them not be also idols in our lives, that we cant live without, or use/consume say, moringa, a daily veggie in many african and asian countries eaten for centuries. Just bcause i cannot get a moringa serving's DV from a western website the past days does nt mean all the Word Veg. Center's research on it saying it as one of world's most nutrition dense foods mean it is not so.

Coconut water is by far a better drink then Vitamin water, or Gatorade, or any of those "replenish" drinks. It's content is almost of perfect mix and balance of minerals, amino acids, fatty acids, enzymes vitamins and other nutrients.
Some of the benefits of coconut water are:

Coconut water is a very refreshing drink to beat tropical summer thirst. Its liquid is packed with simple sugars, electrolytes, and minerals to replenish dehydration conditions inside the human body.

Research studies suggest that cytokinins (e.g., kinetin and trans-zeatin) in coconut water found to have significant anti-ageing, anti-carcinogenic, and anti-thrombotic (anti-clot formation) effects.

Coconut water has been generally offered to patients with diarrhea in many tropic regions to replace the fluid loss from the gastrointestinal tract and to reduce the need for hospitalisation. The osmolarity of tender coconut water is slightly greater than that of a recommended ORS (Oral Rehydration Therapy) solution. Presence of other biological constituents like amino acids, enzymes, minerals, and fatty acids may account for this higher osmolarity. Nonetheless, unlike the ORS, its water is very low in sodium and chlorides, but rich in sugars and amino acids. This well-balanced fluid composition, along with much-needed calories, would be an ideal drink instead of any other kind of soft drink beverages available in the markets to correct dehydration conditions.

Coconut water is composed of many naturally occurring bioactive enzymes such as acid phosphatase, catalase, dehydrogenase, diastase, peroxidase, RNA-polymerases etc. In effect, these enzymes help in the digestion and metabolism.
Despite being very light in consistency, its water proportionately has better composition of minerals like calcium, iron, manganese, magnesium, and zinc than some of the fruit juices like oranges. (Compare the mineral composition of oranges).
Its liquid is also a very good source of B-complex vitamins such as riboflavin, niacin, thiamin, pyridoxine, and folates. These vitamins are essential in the sense that the human body requires them from external sources to replenish.
Coconut water carries a very good amount of electrolyte potassium. 100 ml of water has 250 mg of potassium and 105 mg of sodium. Together, these electrolytes help replenish electrolyte deficiency in the body due to diarrhea (loose stools).
Further, fresh coconut water has a small amount of vitamin-C (Ascorbic acid); It provides about 2.4 mg or 4% of RDA. Vitamin C is a water-soluble ant-oxidant.

Fresh young juice is still best, although i know not that accessible in other places. ANyway, here, some brands u may wish to read labels of again before buying.

Coconut water exposed: 9 brands to avoid due to harmful chemicals

(NaturalHealth365) As one of the healthiest drinks in the world, coconut water is exceptionally beneficial for health. Its unique compilation of vitamins and minerals help protect your body.

For example, better than sports drinks, coconut water provides athletes a natural potassium and magnesium-rich drink that rehydrates the body while reducing inflammation and balancing blood sugar. A scientific review published in the Molecules journal also showed benefits ranging from lowering high blood pressure, preventing heart attacks, and healing cancer. It also contains a plant hormone called “trans-zeatin” that may be helpful in treating dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

In fact, the anti-aging benefits of coconut water are numerous, and food manufacturers have taken advantage of its popularity. However, not all are created equal – since many brands have been ruined by harmful chemicals or processing.

And where was it i read it takes 9 mos. for a coconut to mature and be harvested... is there any other drink like that?

I cannot locate where i read that, but here is 1 quote from another site:

Fresh Coconuts Contain Naturally Filtered Water.
It takes nine months for a coconut to filter each liter of water – meaning that the water you’re getting straight from the inside of a young coconut is already purified, and is ready to drink straight out of the coconut.
