All one need to do is look at what happened to the children of Israel after they had played the harlot with many lovers to know how God feels about a wicked, backsliding, and rebellious people. As history also proves the great tribulation they suffered for doing so, as God also forewarned them He would do to them by the prophets if they did not repent.

Romans 2:9
Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;

Same warning given to God's people here....come out or else

Revelation 18:4
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
 
It seems rather fruitless to go back and forth because someone will get all emotional and flip out and then just throw their emotional stuff at you, cant discuss in that environment really.

he did not say it, but he certainly implies it. this God loves good people God hates bad people garbage is just wrong. God loves all people. only those who believe in his Son shall be saved, but God loves all people.

this is not emotional. this is the deal: inspritintruth claims to not sin. this is a lie. he could really believe he does not, I'm sure he does not lead a sinful lifestyle, but there is no human being who by Biblical standards who does not sin.

i'll say it": my goal everyday is to not sin. most days I fall short of this goal. according to him, this being honest and truthful disqualifies me from salvation. total man-made non-sense and lies.
 
You will have to take up his sins and where you believe they are with him.

I have seen him quote an apostle and have to answer for himself for doing so all because people hate the verses of scripture so they shoot the messenger and put them on the spot for it, which is retarded.

It is for discipline that you have to endure. God is treating you as sons. For what son is there whom his father does not discipline? If you are left without discipline, in which all have participated, then you are illegitimate children and not sons. Hebrews 12:7-8 (ESV2011)

The messenger becomes tne target and must answer for the apostles words, and so it must become personal to do that as if the answer (either way) would make void the words of God and bring his words to nothing. I never got that.

Sometimes what it is - is the way the post is done to "apparently" reinforce what another poster had just previously said. This stemmed from ISIT's post that if a Christian sins - he is of the devil and will not be remain in the house because he is a servant of sin and of course from there it means you are not of God.

His false view is that Christians can lose their salvation so when people "string" some scriptures to "apparently prove" what he is saying is true. - other people asked if ISIT sinned and if you sinned because you were backing ISIT up with his original false premise about the believer and sin and getting kicked out of Christ by God. This is absurd!

The purpose of that was to reveal the false assumptions done by the poster that tried to make it "appear" as if the true believer can be kicked out of Christ by God.

Because if they too sinned - then they would be a servant of sin and be kicked out of Christ by God...which is all a bunch of religious nonsense from people that don't believe in eternal security of the believer in Christ - sealed by the Holy Spirit forever.

a little history: the Bible did not have chapters and verses until the mid-1500's. so just to pluck out verses out of context and throw it out there is false teaching. anyone can quote anyone, but the quote has to be in context, with the time and place taken into consideration.

and anyone who say they do not sin is a lair. take that up with God.

This stemmed from his original post and this was his comments on it which is why some people asked if he sinned...It's his "application" of the scripture not the scriptures themselves where the problem exists. Making it "appear' as if people are against the scriptures themselves is not correct.

Anyways that is all I'm going to say about the subject - I was answering the reason why some people ask questions of things that people post and this was a perfect example of why people asked if ISIT sinned. - it was to expose the fact that he too would be a servant of sin and thus he would be eligible for his own "application" of the scriptures that he constructed.

You asked why would someone ask a question if one posted scripture - here is one reason why.

is John confused?? because in the first 2 chapters, he talks about not denying sin, having an advocate with the father if anyone does,. no he is not. this verse is talking about leading a sinful lifestyle which he expounds on if one KEEPS reading, and not just plucks out this one verse and says " see, we have to be sinless"', how about recommending one read the whole letter of John instead.

Is this a question directed at bearing fruit to verify ones salvation? If so, has anyone brought up Romans 6:7 yet? Nine little words answers it all, at least in my wee little b-rain.

I missed this post.

Yes, I do realize there wasnt chapters and verse numbers. I believe they might have numbered them in their mention as they might have with the psalms

And ISIT doesnt at all deny that he has sinned, just as it says all have sinned so I dont know how one is a liar by admitting they have sinned, he was speaking of continuing to sin and wilfully sinning.

Do you so defend and maintain these beliefs to their logical evil conclusion rather than change your mind and learn about the real character of God?
