Waitaminute... I know companies will rush out a program ("app" for you smartphone users) that is not finished, or has bugs, and then finish or fix it in a few updates. Now you're telling me they do the same thing with movies? If there's a flaw in the movie the studio will rush out an update?
The studio, yes. The director wanted this version in the cinemas.

Nicely done. That was a marvelous way to NOT take responsibility for your own actions. Are you sure you're a 65 year old man? You pass the buck better than a 20 year old woman.
More than likely. I don't understand about 90% of what you folks are talking about, and an awful lot of the time I feel like I need some sort of Rosetta stone to decode what you mean versus what you say. So, yeah, I'm sure being a member here will be interesting.
Yowza!! Your user name says Yahweh is gracious, but your posts are saying something different.

You can't just appear onto the scene, start shoving your way around folks and expect to get a sweet reception. For real, take it a step at a time and become familiar with your brothers & sisters here, Yahweh_is_gracious. We all rub each other the wrong way sometimes, just like family does. So don't feel you're not in the loop. Jesus makes it a level playing field.

My usernname is Yahweh is gracious simply because that is the meaning of the name Jon. That's all it means. I don't assign any other meaning to it or try to infer anything. Thank you for the advice, but there are some people who just can't be gotten along with. It doesn't concern me too much. If I reply in a snarky manner to someone, it's just to antagonize them because they can't do anything about it but get mad, and it's so easy to rile emotional people. That's one of the joys of those of us who have very few emotions is playing games with those that do.

I get it, son. That sounds like it makes perfect intellectual sense, but we gotta remember that our understanding, our thoughts, are not God's thoughts. I'm saying that empathetically as I am prone in my own understanding to get my hackles up & try to get justice, too. But my anger never works righteously, though. :p *sigh* In an effort to be right, I've been wrong plenty of times on this site. But I'm learning, praise God!! YAY!

Anyhow, thanks for responding and I pray you can lighten up and see that you're stuck with us as family. Let's all remember the golden rule. (Btw, welcome to the CC site. It's nice to have you join us!)

And by the way, I'm notorious around here to bring out my Auntie Ant Get-Along tee-shirts when things get a little hectic in the sandbox. For future reference, what size shirt are you? LOL j/k ;)

Yes! I've seen it. :) I enjoyed it.
Great!! Thank you. I enjoyed the last two. I'm married to a Trekkie he wanted to see it the first night but we couldn't. I knew it was going to be really crowded so I'm glad we couldn't.

I'm kind of barrel-chested, so a XL or 2X would work great for my half of the shirt.

You go, girl!!!

Writing threads can turn into an addictive hobby. Ideas can come from anywhere--something you saw or read today; an interaction you saw taking place at work, in a store, or at church; a phone conversation with a friend. Most anything can be turned into a discussion-worthy topic. :)

Unfortunately, sometimes, as the author of a thread, you'll get some backlash and sass thrown your way, but I know you can handle all of that. It doesn't hurt to try! Put your idea to writing and go for it!!!

And if one thread doesn't pan out the way you'd hoped... Just dust off your keyboard and keep trying. <3
Well...I did it.
