Thank you everyone for your kind comments. I don't think (I hope) Th0mas was being malicious. It probably is a stupid name, it comes from my pre-christian days when I used to frequent a parrot forum but sometimes I can be a little crazy when I'm with friends and so I decided to keep it. When I joined CC I was a relatively new Christian and so if anyone does feel it's a little "unspiritual" that may be why but it takes nothing away from my love for Jesus.

Don't be quick to judge my post, please, without knowing. I wasn't suggesting that I did anything in order to get a blessing. No I.O.U's. Far from it. Sharing truth with my husband was priority and not myself. Did not expect anything in return at all. So the blessing was unexpected, but appreciated. The fact he was asking questions was amazing enough in itself.

There are several on here who keep my husband in their prayers, so any additional prayers would be great

Okay, I said ditto and amen to tourists post, and I agree with the nice things said about MPW, she's genuine and sweet and probably has 'more Holy Ghost' in her little finger than some people that troll this website.

I thought I was detecting a bit of sarcasm and indignance from you towards MPW, and I sensed some defensiveness in other posts which seemed to be showing here.

Sorry if I misjudged your motives.

Light-hearted sarcasm can be fun if not done with a mean-spiritedness, but it's easily misunderstood, BELIEVE me I know, and there's a few others here that will attest as well, I'm sure. I've been on both sides of it, but I don't have evil intentions.

I wasn't attacking you so much as sensing our friend MPW might have been being attacked a bit, and was merely coming to her defense. I apologize but I meant well.

I was obeying what is commanded in Matthew 7:12 and I was testing as you may think is commanded in 1 John 4:1.

A way to look at Matthew 7:12

So in everything,do/say to others what you would have them do/say to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

I think part of the problem I have seen on this thread over the last few days is that (with all due respect) your usage of English is somewhat "unconventional".

This is not a put down about your intelligence, spirituality, or anything else. It is merely an observation.

I don't have any suggestions about it. But perhaps if that dynamic were better understood, there would be less misunderstanding about your meaning and motivation.

Don't stop posting, but perhaps you might ask God about how He wants you to say what you want to post.

Good morning all

I have been meaning to say for a while now that I keep seeing license plates with the letters MWP, that always make me think of MadParrotWoman despite the fact that the order of the letters is not exactly the same

It is odd that a particular person is going around saying that he is testing people, while being completely oblivious that he is being tested and found wanting in his manner of taking sideswipes at others, and then denying it as if we are all blind, while pretending he is Spirit led and others are not. Such nonsense was never meant to be a part of this thread.

Well I do have good news to share, for those who know me and have possibly read my blog. You know that im starting over at a new place I desperately needed a job and i got one. Today will be my first day of work. I thank God for answering my prayers and opening doors for me. May all the glory be to Him! It may be small but for me is a big deal and its the beginning of many blessings to come and i embrace all of it. God bless you all!
