1. When people pull out in front of me, then proceed to drive slowly. If it wouldn't damage my own car, I feel like it would be justified to bump them XD.

2. When I order food, even after I've said, "and that's it", and the person taking the order still asks, "will there be anything else?" Don't you think I would have told you if there was anything else?? :p

Very tired of the news here in California highlighting car chases on the freeway. Sometimes it runs for 30 min. or longer. This happens just about every other day. And I turned on the news to just watch this?

I always think, "Really, is this the best news this hour? Or do the networks just think that we are a people who are now "cops and robbers junkies" who need to get our nightly adrenal fix?
They are detracting our attention away from the terrorist sympathisers who run the country. )

Oh oh this reminded me of another; when motorists don't bother using their indicators, some days if it happens a lot I pull out - if they can't be bothered then I can't be bothered waiting.

Ugh, I have this problem alot. I dont drive so I walk everywhere. And sometimes I have to wait on a car to go by so I can cross the street. And sometimes they turn into the crossroad right before me, meaning I could have just crossed, but they didnt use their turning signal : /

Also, when Im crossing the street and a driver has to wait on me (like at a stop light or stop sign or whatever) and they slowly inch towards me as I cross the street. I never know if theyre like being a creep whos trying to scare me or whatever.

And drivers who have been waiting next to me to turn in the direction of where Im trying to cross a street before me. Like I have an hour walk to work, but they still have to pull out in front of me making sure they dont have to wait a few moments in their air conditioned car to drive comfortably to where theyre going.

People who drive really slowly.. People who use a gazillion coupons in the checkout lane at the grocery store, but I only hate that when they're in front of ME. lol

People who say the F word in every sentence, like every other word or so. IT IS possible to speak without swearing, ya know..

When people say "prolly" instead of "probably". That makes me NUTS.

When someone sees me and says "hey, you" even though they don't know me. My name is NOT hey you. lol

When I see a 'pider on the ceiling and I can't RAID it to death. :/ There's actually an evil 'pider up there now..lol

When someone says "Ill be there in a few minutes" and they get here an hour or so later. :/ My dad does that ALL THE TIME. It drives me bonkers. He lives 15 minutes away by car, and is the ONLY person I know who can turn a 15 minute ride into an hour ride.

When people say "like" a million times in one sentence. That is like, ya know like, so very, like annoying, like ya know? :p Stop trying to be a valley girl and speak proper english!!

Cyclists are a menace too, not really their fault but if you are driving a car and get stuck behind one sometimes 2nd gear is too fast to keep behind them, often they don't move over for you to pass them and often on winter mornings you don't see them until you are almost upon them - no lights, they seem able to break all the rules and get away with it and they don't even pay road tax.

If I were visiting yeah ;)

BTW I love Cardinals - we don't get them here in the UK. :)
You want to come over and show me how to clean out my car?

I thought they fast-actioned OJ's slow-limousine chase footage when I saw it on the national news. lol

Please tell me it wasn't during Jeopardy though! One night they canceled both Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune to show a jet at our airport. A wheel blew. Honest! A whole hour on a blown wheel. The reporter was trying to monolog during it, but how much can you say besides, "Never mind. Not a fire. A wheel blew"? So, 45 minutes into it I called the station and told the guy who answered that a wheel blew on a jet at the airport. He said, "Yes. I know. We're reporting it."

And I answered, "Yes. I know. I got it 40 minutes ago and it hasn't changed."

He said, "Thank you for calling." lol

Do what we do. Ask for a bucket of thousand dollar bills. No one has ever given us one, but we'll never know if they will, if we never ask.

I accidentally did this the other day lol. There were three girls on the sidewalk. I was turning left and a semi-truck came from the opposite direction, so I was turning around that and didn't even know they were crossing. I slowed down to let them go ahead, but they just stood in the middle of the street smh, so I just went lol.

I always give pedestrians the right of way. I figure, "I'm sitting comfortably in my room-temperature car, while they're exercising in the elements."

But last spring there were some pretty wild morning glories growing in our medium strip/park, (Philadelphians call it a park, but it's a medium strip with two rows of trees growing tightly). It's only three houses (and we're in rowhomes/town houses, so no property between houses) from me, so I went over to pick some in my barefeet.

Springtime. My feet hadn't gathered their summer toughness yet, so I was watching out for loose stones, broken glass and whatever else can be found on city streets. On the way back, I did notice the black SUV parked kitty corner near the barber's shop, but no one was driving down the street, so I slowly crossed the street. Much to my surprise, and before I even reached the sidewalk, the SUV bolted by me and the guy yelled out his window, "Take your time, Granny."

I hope he looked out his rearview mirror, because I smiled, nodded, and waved a thanks. lol

I'm with you on slow pokes. And then John came home. (I am still wired when driving and he's in the car, because he usually drives, and white knuckles when I drove. lol) He's getting his sense of balance back, but it's not there yet. So, if I approach a red light like I'm used to, his head would hit the windshield. (I don't know why he white knuckles me.) If I take off like I used to, and I don't jackrabbit, he'll lose his balance. And, if I turn, even at a very reasonable speed, he'll either hit me or hit the door. Our Walgreen has a hairpin turn into the parking lot. I took it as slow and softly as possible, but he forgot to brace, and ran into me. I thought he was kidding. and then I was surprised the car went into neutral. He apologized because he forgot to brace, but that's how hard it can get when someone in the car has balance issues.

I've become that slowpoke by default.

Funny thing. when he's not in the car with me, I still drive slower, and driving slower seems to calm me out on the road. (But I really miss using that knowledge that if I go through that 35 mph road at 40 mph, I can hit every single green light. lol)

I don't know why he white knuckled me?

It's their fault when they only act like a vehicle when it suits them. We have one-way streets usually with parking on just one side or both sides, so there is no place to pull over. I've got no problems with the cyclists going ahead of me, because I should be able to pass them at the next intersection. But this is a city, so every intersection has a two-way stop sign or a red light. (No. Honest. If there is a light, it is always red when I come to it when driving the right speed. lol) Suddenly, rules of the road change for them. Cars have to stop at intersections but cyclists never do.

One time I was on a 4 hour flight from Chicago to Portland Oregon my Daughter and I sitting in front of some drunk twenty something girl's who popped their gum the entire way. They also said like and, ya know after every sentence. They also talked about private or should be thing's they should only discuss in private things. My daughter slept through the entire flight, and my young son and my Husband were on the other side. I'm glad, I didn't want my kid's hearing that conversation.

I'm probably weird for this, but I actually do hate when random people knock on my door lol. I don't like being bothered. I guess I don't understand why they think I would want to open and talk to them. I rarely do, but foolishly did the other day. It was some dude selling security systems... I said I have one... he said I don't see any sign in your yard... I brought out my dog and said here's your sign XD.

People who walk up to me in the mall asking if I want to try this perfume or lotion. No, because if I don't like it, I'll have to find a restroom to wash it off.

Ill-mannered children.
