Yes, but since when has the government been our moral police? God, Jesus, the Spirit, and the bible are better moral policemen than the government. I just expect the government to allow me (and other people who believe similarly) to be the daughter of God that I believe He wants me to be.

Its not that the government so much are the police, although they are that to. Does not the bible say that God uses governments to punish the unjust?
Yet that is not the main point of what I want to express.
The government just represents the bible. It is almost a symbiotic relationship. So don't you see the danger of the government endorsing certain things?
Doesn't that alarm you as a Christian?
Shouldn't we be doing our best to stall or turn back the trend or promiscuous laws?

Your logic seems to boil down to... Since men who want to violate women are going to do so anyway, why should we bother making it illegal for them to hang out in the women's room waiting for that opportunity? Can you truly not see that it might be a good idea to have laws that keep men out of the women's restroom, not because the men who want to harm women will obey them, but because those men can be removed from the ladies' room just for being in there rather than making the women wait until a crime is committed. A law the benefits only a tiny minority of wounded people and gives would be criminals much greater opportunity to commit crimes against the majority is a bad law. That's the problem with allowing people to "choose which gender they identify with" when using single sex restrooms, little social benefit and vast opportunity for abuse (of the law).
This is not my logic... whatsoever. I would challenge you to reply to any post I've made where I object to making it illegal for a person to "hang out in the women's room waiting for the opportunity".

My logic is this law doesn't put women at risk anymore than allowing private citizens to own guns puts people at risk of being murdered by criminals. Just as a criminal will still get his hands on guns, a criminal will still find a way to violate a woman. Furthermore, if we want to "protect women" shouldn't we protect young boys from perverted pedophiles that want to record them too? Hence, I made an 8 restroom proposal with age restrictions.

If we make it illegal for a person who identifies as the opposite gender they were born as, wouldn't we have to enforce this law? If your answer is "No, we don't have to enforce this law." then are we really going to stop anyone from violating women? lol If your answer is "Yes, we should prosecute anyone that goes to the opposite gendered restroom they were born with" then I guess we are suppose to hire restroom attendants who check everyone's genitals...?

The idea of gender neutrality is ridiculous, period. Not to be hateful on the LGBT community or anything, but it just is.
...just wait until straight people get sued/jailed for offending a "gender neutral" person by refusing to identify him/her as "ze" or "zir" or whatever other new word the politically correct (liberals) come up with.

The ridiculous nature of things has only begun.

And you really think God is okay with gender neutral bathrooms?
I don't think God dwells on where one releases their waste... provided we aren't taking pictures of people doing it for sexual gratification.

Gender neutral restrooms aren't even a new thing. More often than not handicap restrooms are gender neutral, employees-only restrooms have been gender neutral, our homes are gender neutral...

The colleges in this country are manufacturing drones. To do their handiwork. They should be graduating with a ability to enter deeper and more critical thought, and instead they come out indoctrinated.
The country has more college grads then ever, and more of them are woman then men, and yet they are dumber, we are dumber, then the previous generation.
Our colleges are failing the country, and the very students who pay mega bucks to attend in them.
In fact it is fascinating. The students are paying the colleges to brain wash them.
Who says this isn't a system of satan? Only he could come up with something so twisted and devious.

As I said, the big picture is not really the gender neutral bathrooms, although that is a issue.
The global grand scheme is the disintegration of Christian institutions, and this is yet another step in that direction.
For that reason, even if there is no other, all Christians should be against this.

Hahaha, well, we have to protect women, amirite?! :p How else do we know if someone is plotting to record a woman doing her business?

The video in my last post barely scratches the surface!

I'm not comfortable embedding the 15 minute video in this post, only the link to it. It's the first of at least 2 parts on alllllllllll the genders there supposedly are.

I wonder what grade level liberals and secularists will want to start confusing kids with this garbage. My guess would be pre-school.

Okay,

1. The gun thing is a whole different story. If more people had guns, there would be less gun crime. Thrives and murderers always prey on the weak looking people, people who can't put up much of a fight. Terrorists and other psychos pick places where guns aren't allowed to shoot up. If every other person at any given place we're definitely packing, criminals would take a moment longer to contemplate pulling gun out before doing it.

2. Before, at least if a woman walked into a bathroom and saw a guy there she could immediately go out and complain. But now we can't even do that, because it's hateful. As for young boys, my little brother is nine, and my mom STILL doesn't let him go into the male bathroom without dad. Easy fix.

Apparently it is a big issue with some though... check the question I was answering.

I just don't really see gender neutral restrooms as being against God's plan. My home is a house of God, but the restrooms are gender neutral. lol

The difference is that toilets for handicapped people are almost always a single room, not a room of cubicles. That makes a huge difference.

But don't some criminals kill people with legal guns? The Dallas sniper had a legal weapon... Surely you would agree that bad people will do bad things, independently of our, I share a similar opinion, that more guns would mean more safety from criminals. Similarly, a man who wants to violate a woman will do so regardless of a law... Laws don't stop criminals from breaking them is the theme here.

2. Before, at least if a woman walked into a bathroom and saw a guy there she could immediately go out and complain. But now we can't even do that, because it's hateful. As for young boys, my little brother is nine, and my mom STILL doesn't let him go into the male bathroom without dad. Easy fix.
If you see a transgendered person, or even what appears to be a man, taking pictures of women in the restroom, you can STILL report them. The law doesn't allow for people to record other people in the restrooms. Now, if you want to report a person for going into a stall, doing their business, coming out and washing your hands... what exactly did he/she do that was worth reporting? Forgot to put the toilet seat back down?

As for your dad taking your 9 year old brother to the restroom... Couldn't someone pretend to be taking their son to the restroom so they can molest/take pictures of little boys? Hence, we need to have age restrictions too... can't leave out protecting little boys from sexual predators.

Of course... just as restrooms have one toilet per stall. Unless men gather around one toilet and release at the same time together... That would be a bit awkward, women don't do that.

I'm with you there.

As for being okay with gender neutral bathrooms is "in the end" being okay with gender neutrality... what does that mean?

If we were still back in the garden, it would be fine. But we are not. That's why Adam and Eve put on figs to cover themselves. Ever since then, in Christian culture, it has been the norm that men don't go and view woman when woman expect privacy.
There are laws against that.
In this case, if one says they are a transgender, those laws don't apply.
Can't you see the hypocrisy of this?
Besides the fact that it can be creepy, and dangerous, don't you think this is another step in devaluing a woman's (and man, but more about woman) rights in a somewhat carnal manner?

What if a married woman does not want a man to see her urinating?
That is not a issue for you?

What if a woman feels not only her privacy is violated, but feels like she is being violated in a sexual way?

The Christian ethic says men are supposed to protect woman. And children, That's why up until recently we went to war, and they stayed home. Now I know that is another can of worms, and I am not against woman serving in some fashion, but not in a way that puts their lives at risk, I think that is just another blurring of the lines that satan wants to confuse society with, But again, another issue.
Back to my point, if the females in out culture don;t feel as if their privacy is sacred, as if their safety is important, or as if their honor as a female is not being secured, where do you think that is going to take us?
Somewhere good? Better then where we are now?

Laws do stop people from committing crimes. Ask just about anyone, law abiding or not, and they will tell you, if so and so a thing were not against the law, they would do it.
