His righteousness and holiness are imputed to the true believer, so his salvation is guaranteed,
Would you care to see the 10 NT verses, which (are supposed to) teach us that ...
those who "practice righteousness" are the ones who are righteous (in God's eyes, not yours).

God is extremely variable ... always has been, always will be.
I'll send you a Bible, and you can read all about it.
Who are you people, anyway?
Heb 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

Jas 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

Still you have not addressed the question of what does sealed by the Holy Spirit unto the day of redemption mean to you.

You conveniently avoided the real question.
What does sealed by the Holy Spirit unto the day of redemption mean to you?
It means to me that ANY seal (of God or anyone else) may (and can) be broken (unsealed)!

And ANY gift (from God or from anyone else) may (and can) be taken back!

I'll leave the DAHs out ... ditto for the LOLs.

We are those whom He has eternally saved.

'All that the Father gives to Me will come to Me, and him who comes to Me I will in no wise cast out. For I am come down from Heaven not to do my own will, but the will of Him Who sent
Me. And this is the will of Him Who sent Me, that of all that He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the Last Day,' (John 6.37-39)

But you do not believe (My Father's works) because you are not of My sheep. My sheep hear My voice and I know them, and they follow Me, and I give unto them eternal life, and they shall never perish, and none shall pluck them from My hand. My Father who gave them to Me is greater than all, and no one IS ABLE to pluck them out of the Father's hand. I and my Father are one (John 10.27-30).

All have sinned and come short of the glory of God, being accounted as righteous by His grace FREELY through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus, Whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through faith by His blood (Rom 3.23-25).
'Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you, so that you come behind in no gift, waiting for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will also confirm you unto the end, that you might be unreproveable in the Day of our Lord Jesus Christ.' (1 Corinth 1.6-8). (and this the corinthian church!)
'By grace you are saved, through faith, and that (gracious act) not of yourselves, it is the gift of God and not of doings, lest any man should boast, for we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them' (Eph 2.8-10).
'Being confident of this very thing, that he which has begun a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ' (Phil 2.6).

'Who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our doings, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, but now has been manifested by the appearing of our Saviour, Christ Jesus, who abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the Gospel (2 Tim 1.9).

I am not ashamed, for I know Him Whom I have believed, and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have committed to Him against that Day (2 Tim 1.12).

But when the kindness of God our Saviour, and His love towards man appeared, not by works done in righteousness which we did ourselves, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, which He poured out upon us richly through Christ Jesus our Saviour, that being justified by His grace we might be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. (Titus 3.4-7).

Wherein God, being minded to show more abundantly unto the heirs of promise the immutability of His Counsel, interposed with an oath, that by two immutable things in which it is impossible for God to lie we may have a strong encouragement who have fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us, which we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and entering into that within the veil, whither as a forerunner Jesus entered for us, having become a High Priest for ever after the order of Melchisedek (Heb 7.7-20).

Wherefore He is able to save to the uttermost them that come unto God by Him, seeing He ever lives to make intercession for them (Heb 7.25).

He has perfected for ever those who are being sanctified (Heb 10.14)

And they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, they whose name has not been written in the book of life from the foundation of the world (Rev 17.8).

God does not change his mind or vary what He is or what He has promised. James 1.17;

This is total insanity!

God's variableness is the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever!

Is that really all you got?

Did you know that "critical thinking" was taken out of the American education system 50+ years ago?
Ditto this year in British Columbia.
Question: Why are they 50+ years behind?
Answer: Canada is not nearly as important as America.

Yes, this is all very nice, but there are NT verses which warn of LOSING eternal life.
Ditto for some NT verses addressed to believers which warn of GAINING eternal death.

These you conveniently ignore and/or reject.

You are arguing against scripture so yes it is insanity. You go ahead and tell God He is wrong.

I guess thou needest to see some examples of God's variableness,
i.e. where He obviously changed His mind about destroying men, etc.
There are several famous examples of these.
I'd be happy to send you a Bible so you can read them.

What has been disappointing to me in the Lord is how brothers and sisters in Christ and
faith are happy to say fellow believers are following the enemy, never saved in the first
place, commiting spiritual adultery, are anti-christians, just because of some minor differences
in interpretation.

The indicator this is an emotionally driven accusation is the depth of feeling and words like
malice, slander, lying, sin are thrown around over nothing, just clarifications of faith and belief.

And OSAS is just one such subject. How could something that is meant to reassure and help
become such a trap, when it is all based on Jesus's words of encouragement, believe on me
and you will be saved. Jesus calls us to forgive, to be lights of the love in our hearts, to shine
by our walk and our actions, so the heart speaks louder and the reality is from who we are not
just a fake surface behaviour.

I say this because in part I am OSAS but another part not. But for those who see value in
distinguishing who is saved and who is not, this says I am not. But we were never called to
discern peoples hearts, just to love, encourage and walk in Gods ways.

So many times I have been drawn into matches of they said this, they meant that, which is
meaningless. We are simply to express what we mean as clearly as possible and clarify when
things appear unclear. But some appear to want to be exactly the opposite of this, and walk
in the gloom, and tare down, and confront people, not over issues, but because they believe
they are evil. A sad day truly when sincere people think this is Gods ministry or the gospel in
any shape or form.

The "believe on Me and be saved" verses are for the babes in Christ
... to encourage them whilst they slurp their milk.
Another way to look at it is:
Those verses are to catch the little fishes initially ...
and the Holy Spirit will succeed (hopefully) in teaching them deeper truths later.

Does the red apply to God's epistle writers?
Or were they disobedient to their true calling ...
re: warning God's believers in the churches about their sinning lifestyles?
I guess you know the answer.

Of course he did ...
he was talking to little fishes who might think twice,
if they were told about God's requirements, such as:
repenting (stopping all sin),
obedience to His commandments,
suffering through persecution,
being ready to die for Jesus as a martyr,
etc.
Are you still a little fish?
Or, as Paul asked, "Are you still a baby slurping milk?"

You really need to get to know the God of the bible. Jehovah God is not allah. Jehovah is not capricious but is faithful and true. Through Jesus all that is required to satisfy God and receive eternal life has been done. By grace all that Jesus has done is made mine.

2Co 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Yes, might that we be!
Initially, we are made righteous ... when we are born-again.
Then, we maintain our righteousness when we choose to be obedient
by actually practicing that righteousness.
"those who practice righteousness are righteous" (1 John).

Just a little tiny example ...
God does NOT see born-again believers who are habitual sinners as still being righteous!
They have thrown away their righteous standing with Him.
But, they can get it back through sincere repentance!

As usual, I ask: Do you really want to see the 10+ verses
that teach us (hopefully LOL) this spiritual Truth?

Answer:
No tanks, I iz of da Laodicean church, and I iz doin' jus fine, tanks again!

And that right there is the root of your problem. You couldn't possibly be more wrong. You didn't save yourself and you don't keep yourself saved. It is ALL the work of Jesus.

1Co 1:18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

You have rejected the revelation of God and exchanged it for one our your own creation. God will give you over to the reprobate mind. God will not force you to receive His revelation and believe His word.
