What is the explanation for God's foreknowledge and omniscience?

Was it not the purpose of his preaching that Nineveh should repent? That's also going with your theology that they should hear the message so that God would also repent from destroying them.

Jonah 1:1-2, Now the word of the Lord came unto Jonah the son of Amittai, saying, 2 Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me.

Jonah 3:4, And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.

We cannot add to the word of God, just read it, believe it, and form our theology around what it says not what it does not say. Jonah was to cry against Nineveh telling them that they were going to be destroyed.

Exodus 15:7 is the first mention of the word overthrown. Scripture defines it for us.

"And in the greatness of thine excellency thou hast overthrown them that rose up against thee: thou sentest forth thy wrath, which consumed them as stubble."

Anything that stands up against God is overthrown, Nineveh was indeed overthrown as they stopped going up against God's word.

And God knew you would be replying back to your post, and God foredetermined both things, for God is the creator of all things and He did it all for His glory.

Yes, the end from the beginning, not every thing in between. God is not the author of sin. Can I blame God for my sin because He willed me to sin?
 
Why do you need a book to hear what God says?

So if the Lamb has the book of life then where is the book of knowledge of good and evil?
 
We do not walk according to the teachings of men. We walk in the Truth with the Holy Spirit and with Jesus.

There are men inspired by God who wrote the scriptures and we walk according to those teachings that is the truth with the Holy Spirit and with Jesus. We don't walk according to the teachings of carnal men who love carnal things and hate God.
