I'm going to play devil's advocate here and try to prove that the earth is flat (even though I don't believe it)...
Ok, to prove the earth is flat, grab a big ball of clay.
Roll the ball of clay into a nice round ball
Take your fingers and push in large areas of your clay ball so you have areas that are indented.
Now take another mound of clay and flatten it out like a pancake.
Use your fingers to make indented areas like you did on your clay ball.
That clay ball represents a round earth and the flat clay represents a flat earth. The indented areas represent the oceans and lakes.
Now take a glass of water and carefully pour water into your oceans and lakes..
As you can see, the water just falls out of the round ball because it's round. Therefore, since the real oceans are still full of water, the earth has to be flat.

I read "planet" in that quote will have to look it up. As far as source goes, it's all interNET, you know the WEB these days. That's all we have, as long as it's not TMZ just about everything is shared, copied and pasted and sited if they're lucky.

I think the theory is that Never A Straight Answer does not spend billions fooling, but they collect billions and spend hundreds of thousands to a geek in a basement to CGI some pictures and videos to simulate spinning balls and astroNOTS floating in a swimming pool or on strings. Now, if you're a robot and I'm a said theorist then there's no use for me to take you to my Leader, I'll just have to pour a glass of water on you and watch the fireworks.

in this model the little clay ball is being held in very close proximity to the -real- earth with its overwhelming gravitational influence...it is unable to hold anything on its surface by gravity because the actual earth's gravity pulls down much more strongly...
the -real- earth on the other hand is -not- located near the surface of a much more massive body...and so the earth's gravity is able to hold the oceans on...with the masses and distances of the sun and moon being such that they are only able to cause tides instead of pulling the water off of the earth...

Go outside of the city and look up. Even with your own naked eyes you will be able to see ISS or some sattelites. If you have bad sight, use telescope.
NASA is only one of many space agencies, there are ESA, Russian, Chinese, almost every of 28 EU countries has some kind of space agency or institute. So no, we are not dependent on NASA for our knowledge of space.
Not even mentioning many private space companies.

I really like flat-earth theory. It makes me feel special and reminds me that I'm not the only one that rode the short bus, and when you remember that the whole world will be deceived you will be reminded to question everything.
It really doesn't matter to me one way or the other. The government will spend taxes however it sees fit. Space exploration, warmongering, welfare, and whatever are beyond my control. I am but a servant praying for eagle's wings to carry me from this Egypt.

Not even sure what that means. Tesla definitely believed the earth to be a globe, he refers to it as a ball or globe frequently in his writings. This is why he thought his death ray could end war because it could be used only defensively due to a distance restriction imposed by the curvature of the earth.
