Here ares some simple and hopefully self evident reasons that some in the body of Christ can understand and consider regarding why our creator designed our bodies to eat plant based foods. Hopefully once you'll read this, you'll come to comprehend that the designer has a very specific design for our bodies. As with any higher intelligence, the design becomes more sophisticated as the understanding and knowledge increases.
--Humans have 32 teeth, most carnivores have 46 or even more.
--Most carnivores have mouths that are hinged to tear and maul, unlike plant eaters.
--Carnivores have 20 times the secretion of hydrochloric acid then humans (to digest meat).
--Carnivores have teeth that are shaped different then herbivores because the design is intended to tear and masticate flesh.
--Many carnivores have sharp claws for hunting and tearing flesh. Plant eaters don't.
--Humans have 30 feet of intestines as opposed to most carnivores who are around our size; they have about 3 feet. That is important to note because their digestive tracts with the increased secretion of HCL and its much smaller length implies a design for flesh, As opposed to humans, whose length of digestive tract and lower secretion of HCl suggests a diet of plant based foods.
This is also important because the flesh product tends to stall in a humans digestive tract and ROT. Why is this paramount? Because the rotting causes waste gases in our bodies. Methane gas, carbon dioxide, and so on. These gases tend to mutate cells, which greatly increase the chances of cancer. Why, well firstly, they increase inflammation, which compromises the immune system. The gases also increase insulin secretion which kicks in the IGF-1 AND IGF 2 response, which also greatly increases the chances of cancer.
Besides a increased risk of cancer, these gases, caused in large part from the rotting animal meat sitting in your stomach for 3 to 8 hours causes bloating. If you like that feeling, then animal meat is for you.
Lastly, even before the onset of cancer, these reactions in the stomach cause a whole host of other issues due to the increase inflammation, and oxidation in the body, and due also to lowered PH levels, lower oxygen levels, lower systemic hydration levels, and lower phytochemicals.
Not to mention tying into the oxidative fermentative respiration anerobic response on a cellular level, plus the compromise of the way our electrons and protons and neutrons interact with each other in our body as far as doantions and interactions with cell health and regeneration.
Flesh products cause all of these negative effects on the body.
This is all science. Go ahead and refute it.
If you have even a glimmer of understanding of this, then you'll see why God made a concession when He talked about eating the flesh of another being, God knew it was not the way he designed us.
Some of you treat your cars better then your bodies.
My suggestion: if your going to eat any type of animal flesh, limit it to 2 times a week. Boil, crock cook it or steam it. Don't fry it, BBQ it, microwave it or broil it. You'll cause yet another negative perverse chemical reaction to the body if you do. Eat plenty of raw salads, steamed veggies, a smattering of grains, some nuts, and beans, and you'll be fine.
Soak your grains for about 4 hours in water before you steam them. This washes away the phytic acid which is a mineral blocker in the body. Try not to mix proteins and grains in the same meal. Its very hard on digestion.
You don't need to eat 100% vegan if you do that.
Every day eat live foods like fruits and lightly steamed veggies and sprouts.
Just make sure to eat organic meat. Nothing with anti biotics, hormones, or steroids, or from an animal that has been grain feed. And absolutely stay away from all highly processed foods.
Leave a margin of error of no more then 10%. That means if your going to cheat, only one in 10 meals for cake, or cookies, or diary ice cream, etc.Or once about every 3 days.
Don't eat past 7 o'clock at night.
If you do all that, you'll live a healthy life, feel good, and live long. Even with animal food about twice a week.
