Man, there sure are a lot of religious extremist trolls wreaking havoc in the forums. They're even going after the meek and kind folks here. It's really sad.
I was just thinking how when people first join here, they imagine they're coming into a peaceful and fun group fellowship like this:

And look forward to encouragement and prayer for one another and rejoicing in the Lord, like this:

But they soon learn there's a lot of chaos here and a bunch of troll-type individuals bullying everyone...
...and beating others over the head with their condemnation and off-base scripture quoting:
It's so disheartening to watch mobs of fanatics rejoicing with each other about how they can take over the forums. *sigh*

Of all the threads in the BDF, this one is the safest.I try to see others' views, but I keep running into threads on here where people in Christ are very mean spirited to one another....one upping each other. I feel like I don't fit here.
when I first joined I felt that way too. I just started looking around and found some very nice people to talk to. Please don't allow that type of behavior to discourage you and make you feel like you don't fit here. That type of behavior happens on other Christian forums as well. Keep in mind that there are Christians who are mature in Christ and there are Christians who are still babes in Christ and also, there are genuine believers and there are make believers. I hope that you don't make a hasty decision and leave Christian Chat.
